On June 14th 2023 @ 3:37pm at the Andover location Bunker Lake Blvd Nw The young lady who helped us was fairly new. So she started to get a line and she asked for help in the back. The person who helped her came out and said some smart remark to her then they started to make other people sandwiches. So as the young lady was putting our sandwich in the oven the other person said “hey wait wait” and started to put another person’s sandwich in the oven touching my sandwich with ham and bacon on it and I don’t eat ham or pork at all. Instead of that person saying ” I’m so sorry”. They just kept saying “what what”? With a attitude. First of all I never had any other persons sandwich combined with my order at all before. SO RUDE, SO DISRESPECTFUL, SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I will not be returning to this location.

Employee did not attend to customers. When called on from back room, employee was rude to customer. Customer asked for extra cucumber, employee gave 3 total cucumbers. Customer asked again for extra cucumber, employer stated that 2 is normal and they were given extra. Terrible customer service.

always has the same rude worker at lunch and makes half of a 6 inch inedible because of the amount of sauce and refuses to take it off with a knife, they roll their eyes at you and rush, would not recommend wasting money here

Just left the subway store. There was one younger girl (teenager, brown hair) manning the restaurant, I didn’t catch her name but wish I would’ve. She was extremely efficient, very pleasant and friendly, just made our experience there awesome. She deserves a raise and plenty of accolades. Great cookies, probably the best cookie shop around! Can’t go wrong with their gourmet chocolate chip cookies! While you’re there you might as well order a sandwich to go with it, they aren’t too bad either.

I was shocked when I opened my online ordered sandwich. I am used to sandwiches not looking like any of the pictures but this was far worse. On my 12” sandwiches li found a couple of shredded pieces of very wilted lettuce, 2 half slices of tomato and the avocado I paid extra for was not spread on the bread but a small dab no more than a tablespoon full on half of sandwich. I will no longer by subway period. There are now better places close by.
