Prices are crazy high, they had two people working the lunch rush, underpaid, and understaffed. I sat around for 25minutes of my 30 minute lunch break and there was still 5 people ahead of me. They made 8 sandwiches in those 25 minutes I was waiting. Skip this place for lunch, until subway learns to staff properly, which would require them to pay properly and make it a viable job for an adult. Which they won’t, so just vote with your dollars and skip it all together.

And don’t get me started on the fact that their app has never once worked for me in the 10 or so times I’ve tried to order ahead.

The female employee should get a raise. She worked the service line by herself. As we walked in she was finishing up with sandwiches of three other customers by herself. Her male co-worker came in and started on my sandwich. After he put my sandwich in the toaster he went MIA and started putting cookies away, spraying some sort of liquid on the bread leaving his female co-working to make sandwiches on her own. As she was working on my sandwich and the customers in line behind me; I was able to see and sense her frustration. She clearly was frustrated with her male co-worker who instead of prioritizing customers and their order started to work on things that could be done during down time. She frequently gave him the stank eyes but he walked around chest high with no care about her or the customers. We sat down only to find a strand of her hair in my wives sandwich. We will not be going back to this location. I strongly advise the manager to look into their employees priority in serving customers and mistreatment of other employees.

The only reason I am giving 1 star is because of the management. There was only 1 person working during lunch rush. He was absolutely amazing so good job to him! But I can’t believe that they would have 1 person making sandwiches and working the register. I’m very disappointed in the management of this subway.

Arrived 10.ooa.m. waited for door to be unlocked the blue sign on Both doors said
” dine in now open 10 to 8″ so I waited in the cold 15 minutes for them to open. The man opened doors came in ordered footlong. Went to go sitdown man became rude saying dining room closed. I showed him sign ON DOOR HE SAID THATS NOT OUR FRONT DOOR. WENT TO FRONT .SHOWED HIM THAT SIGN TOO..

This subway never ceases to disappoint. I just got a chicken bacon ranch with almost every veggie on it, toasted. And when I picked it up from my online order, it was cold, and when I got home and opened it, and tried to pick it up, ALL of the contents fell out of the soggy bread. Not to mention I waited outside while girls giggled in the back as I waited to pick up my food, and they didn’t put the cookies in either. Never getting subs here again
