Guys this subway was so good, let me give you all a detailed breakdown!! First I love the way they cut it, I never would have thought that the method is to cut one part 3 inches and have the other 9 inches uncut!! Absolutely genius, I think a raise is in order. Second I love the amount of mayo! Who would have thought that half a pound of mayo is the move?!?!?! I did see another review where a worker dropped the customers bread on the floor so maybe they did that to me also but maybe it’s another genius tactic for me to want even more!!

I only have 30 minutes for lunch, yet the owner showed up 16 minutes late and left me waiting outside. When I politely mentioned that it was already past opening time, he screamed at me to “go eat somewhere else.” Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

I usually have a decent experience here but it has really gone down hill recently. On Saturday we placed a super easy to go order of two foot longs and two cookies. My husband went to pick up the food and the cookies were missing. He asked the male worker if he could grab them for him. When he got home he opened the cookies up and they were both rock hard. This one was supposed to be the raspberry cheesecake. (Husband took bite of it as a joke) I cannot believe they would give someone this ? Making this review in hopes that they will dump the batch of cookies next time instead of giving someone this junk. We also had a double chocolate that was rock hard .… disappointing!

Worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had They were out of salami, pepperoni and pickles when I sent the hubby in to grab a couple sandwiches for dinner. I thought they toasted my bread it was so dry. Luckily we had some salami and pepperoni at home. We ordered the Supreme meats and didn’t get 1/2 the meat and still had to pay full price.

The store is poorly taken care of. The service is slow the 3 times I’ve gone in there. Have been on Friday night for a quick sandwich, and time 2 get 2 , 6″ sandwiches with no customers in the store was 1/2 hour each time. I would not recommend and I personally would shut it down for a period of time and clean it up.

The workers are always nice here but the food sucks. I just had the worst sandwich I’ve ever had at a subway and i eat at subway usually 3 plus times a week. The bread was hard as a Rock and fell apart as I tried to eat it was so dried out. There definitely not the right amount of meat on the sandwich unless subway is cutting back on meat again like they did in the past. It sucks when you get a $14.00 sandwich and it’s not even edible. Just tossed almost a whole footlong in the garbage.

I ordered and paid for 2 footling subs. My husband arrived approx 15 minutes later to pick up sandwiches and was told they did not receive the order. He provided our first and last name. My husband then elected to pick up dinner elsewhere. Later that night saw I was charged for the sandwiches. When contacting the store found out my sandwiches had been sitting there for 5 hours. No one bothered to call even though the server knew my husband had just been there. They refused to reimburse my order. So many opportunities were missed by the store employees! Lost my business for good!!

The very young workers were nice. This subway needs to be cleaned badly (the bathroom was moldy!) and stocked. Each time I’ve been there they are always out of more than one thing. Today all 5 pops I paid for were bad. It’s always something at this subway.
