I tried to order online today, and no flatbread, which was no problem, so I just tried to get regular bread, but then they’re out of American and Provolone cheese as well? Multiple times I’ve ordered from this store, and the order was made incorrectly. I’ve ordered extra cheese, and the sandwich had NO cheese. When I checked it before I left the store and mentioned it, they said “you have to pay for extra cheese”. I pointed to the receipt that clearly showed the charge for extra cheese, and they said “we only make what the order says”. Huh?

I’m beyond disappointed in the behavior of the young lady that is in charge of this asset today.
Very snippy, snide, rude and literally made our sandwich with half the protein that should have been on it. (we ordered turkey and bacon and she only put half of each in spite because she got irritated during the communication).
Even though I brought the sandwich back in whole, she charged me for a new sandwich and boastingly stated the she made the sandwich right which was not true
I paid just to try and make things right with my wife and the young man that remade the sandwich not only made it correctly but took the time to show humanity and remorse for the way the loung lady behaved in their store.
Our family will be driving out of our way to enjoy Subway until this young lady is removed from the company.
Very sad as we have been going there bi-monthly since my adult children were toddlers

Food was not what I ordered. I got 3 cold cut combos. All 3 sandwiches were loaded with stuff I didn’t order. All 3 sandwiches had mayo which makes myself and friend sick. One thin slice of meat, 4 pickles (asked for a huge amount) and had (none of the subkrunch) had to throw them all away.

Staff are nice. Food fresh and tasry. Subway loyalty program clunky and unresponsive. Resetting your password is an exercise in time travel Circa 2005. Login button should show up in password reset email. Text password reset capability is non-existent. Contact Us button will not render or operate at all. Do better Subway digital team.

I came in for an order all 3 employees were busier having a conversation amongst themselves instead of focusing on customer service, there was a trainee working with two other employees and the trainee messed up all 3 sandwiches with the wrong meat and cheese, while the other two employees did nothing to help her. I tried to call the store to speak to the manager and no one answers and the option to leave a voicemail fails due to a full inbox, do not eat at this subway the service and food is not worth any money at all. I have tasted better food out of an MRE while deployed.

Terrible service. Our order was supposed to be ready for pick up by 5:05. Pulled up at 5:05 and did not see our food anywhere on the pick up rack so we decided to give them a few more minutes to put our food out. Food was no where in sight after waiting 10 minutes so we decided to go in to see what was going on with our food. The girl working the counter was on the fricken phone (personal call) and our food was sitting out on the counter done, but just sitting there. Completely left our food to get soggy while she made personal calls 15 minutes after our pick up time. And to think I tipped her. Such a lazy employee, Nice service subway. Not the first time I’ve been disappointed with this subway but it will be the last. Worst subway I’ve been to in the twin cities.

Overpriced, rude service.

10 dollars for a foot long, 15 for a meal. Relatively clean, however staff incredibly rude and appeared depressed and angry when making our sandwich.

It had been a hot minute since I had stopped for a Subway sandwich. I swung in and grabbed my normal sub, and took my food to go. The sandwich was perfect. Perfect bite every time. The bread was soft. There was an even distribution of veggies, meat (heated bacon), and extra American cheese. The staff was friendly and I loved the new look of the restaurant (I hadn’t been in that location in years, so new to me) and very clean.

Great… now I am hungry.

Sammy Recommendation : White bread (not toasted), extra American cheese, bacon (heated up separate), lite lettuce, lite spinach, onion, pickle, green pepper, banana peppers, black olive, salt, pepper, a little oil and mayo. Feel free to ask for an extra line of mayo. 🙂 Don’t forget a bag of chips. Gotta jam the chips into the sandwich.

Literally the worst service I have ever seen. I was the only customer in the store and the worker ignored me and made a 3 sub online order ahead of me. I waited patiently, thinking he would take my order when he was done, but after he finished the online order, he just started focusing on taking bread out of the freezer instead of helping the customer standing right in front of him. Not once did he ever speak one word to me or even look at me this whole time. I just walked out after that. If I were Subway, I would terminate this employee immediately. He isn’t even the first rude employee I have dealt with at this location, but he definitely takes the cake.
