Good was alright but the service was terrible. Them employees looked like they were forced to work for subway, and can’t find anything else in life. I asked for a side of mayo in a cup, the lady stared throwing things around. Then threw me my mayo cup, like I’m supposed to fetch it. IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB FIND A NEW ONE.

5th time in 2 months. My Artisan Italian bread was replaced with a flat bread. I even called this morning earlier to make sure that they had the right Italian bread in stock. I was told they had, and I said I would place a takeout order but even then they made the mistake again. One time in February, they even missed all my veggies. Absolutely unacceptable.

Food was fine, but extremely messy. The service was not very friendly. I tried to say my order slowly because the staff was filling ingredients as they were making my sandwich. The employee who was making my sandwich told me to “hurry up and say it faster” in a very rude tone.

Had a great experience at this Subway, the lady who helped us with 3 sandwiches was amazing, loved how she was customer oriented and had a great attitude. We were at the store around 7:42pm on July 25, 2025, she deserves kudos and a great raise.

Picked up a steak sandwich to go. Finished my sandwich at home and realized there were quite a few black hairs in wrapper. I’m bald. Sandwich was barely warm and needed reheated. Would not return.

Been here twice. First time a girl over flowed my subway with chipotle sauce and it just oozed out of the sandwich and made everything soo messy and hard to eat. It was crazy how much sauce she put in there. Got the steak and cheese and it tasted a little different but didn’t think much of it despite the taste and the crazy overflow of sauce.
Gave them a second chance, and although one of the younger guys gave me better service, I ended up getting food poisoning right after eating my sandwich. The sandwich itself wasn’t toasted long enough so it was still cold weirdly but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for me. As for the area I was sitting in, It was clean but oddly smelled a little like stinky wet laundry that’s been sitting out, if you know what I mean. Must be because they’re cleaning with overused rags and water only? Idk but it was not pleasant. Won’t be going back after getting sick the second time.
