Watching Jason on tiktok as he goes live while he is working, i genuinely enjoy them as a subway worker myself from a different country, but when i saw he never washed any of the vegetables or tomatoes before cutting them i was disgusted, completely violating a lot of food handling safety policies, pretty disappointing it’s a 30 second job- do better

We love Subway! We love the bread options and making our sandwiches just the way we like them. We also love the coupons we get in the mail. This time, we decided to stop and grab sandwiches on our way home from camping, since we were all bushed. Bless his heart, Kim was all by himself at this location on Labor Day. This is just a side job, since he’s retired. But even though he was all alone, he was helping people as efficiently as possible. He even chatted amiably as he made our 6 sandwiches. We had to wait a bit for our turn, since two other groups were in front of us. Another couple was behind us. We all waited patiently, but it was definitely not fair for him to have to cover the shop alone.

I don’t know who is working tonight at Subway at 4 pm at the Apple Valley location in Walmart, but the girl seems higher than a kite!! She couldn’t make our sandwiches correctly, she couldn’t hear us even when it felt like I was screaming my order. She kept asking what we wanted after we told her two or three times! It was disgusting in there, the Veges looked like they have been sitting out all day and never been changed out. To top it off, we paid with cash and she couldn’t even give us the correct change back! I’m so sick of these people working at these restaurants and not caring! Just so irritating!! I just want some good customer service, and a clean environment to eat, GEESH is that too much to ask???!!!!!!

Used a coupon a few days ago but today, I was not allowed to use another coupon in the same manner today. This particular coupon has no restrictions & was used at same location several days prior to today. Furthermore, they did not give me a receipt!! I will be contacting manager or owner, but had trouble doing so online because I wasn’t given receipt & they need receipt # for reference.

I tried to order a foot long pretzel, the lady said sorry I’m new I don’t know where the cheese is. I asked her if she could look for it and she looked for like 2 seconds in one spot and said I don’t know where it is, do you still want the pretzel or no?. Doesn’t she have someone she can call to find it? Does she have no support if she’s brand new?

TERRIBLE! Showed up 15 minutes PRIOR to posted closing time, lights off, gates locked, NO ONE was inside which means they had been cleaning up for the previous 15 minutes EARLIER (30 minutes total!).
If you’re going to close EARLY, post DIFFERENT hours of operation!

We had to repeat our order numerous times. She didn’t understand how to heat up steak or eggs without toasting the sub. And I’m pretty sure they were using day old bread cause it was a rock after toasting. Very disappointing.

Last night me and my kids did a quick shopping visit to Walmart Apple Valley. It was about 8:50 p.m. and since I hadn’t made anything for dinner thought it would be a treat to Subway sandwiches. I knew it was close to closing time but asked anyway if we get some sandwiches. David was almost done cleaning up but was so gracious, kind and courteous to me and my kids. As we left I overheard him talking to his co-worker and he was commenting a bout how they should take care of the customers even at the end of their day. I wanted to give a great big thank you to David for being a great employee and for his great customer service! THANK YOU DAVID!
