The gloves in this subway is to keep their hands clean not to keep the food from contamination. If you are allergic or have a specific diet try another subway. Bonus point look at my 6inch

The girl working was alone and overwhelmed with all the orders she had to make at dinner time. Which I don’t blame her, I blame management for not having enough workers on hand during main meal times. Weather it is because of cutting costs or lack of employees. In any case she was doing the best she could being only one person. I did drive up and had to wait a long time, but she did come to the window and warned me of the wait. I was very patient as I’ve been in her position (working by myself). When she was able to help me she apologized repeatedly for the wait, and didn’t charge me for my food. We had a short chat about that, and because she was so sweet and a great worker I gave her a $5.00 tip. I told her she was doing great and to just breathe, she was so overwhelmed with the work and my giving her a tip and not grief for the wait, she started to tear up. I know this review is long but that young girl deserves a raise for hanging in there and working so hard and being pleasant through out her stress. Note to Subway bosses , it isn’t safe to have your workers by themselves, for robbery reasons as well as safety. Consider at least having 2 people on duty during big rush times if nothing else.

Don’t count on this location having anything prepared. Every single time I have come in, they only have 1-2 kinds of bread ready, and ingredients are missing so you are very limited on what you can actually order from the menu. Management needs to figure it out because it’s a consistent issue. Some workers are friendly, others are very cold. It stinks to spend $16 on a foot long when I can’t even get what I want because they don’t have all their ingredients prepared.

Had a disappointing visit today. I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and it was wrong in multiple ways. The sub was cold but toasted even though I never asked for it to be toasted, and it was dry, burnt, and overly crumbly. It also had red onions on it that I did not request. The cheesecake cookies were extremely hard and stale, and the 20oz bottled Mountain Dew was flat and close to its expiration date. Everything I received tasted old, like it had been sitting out for quite a while. The food quality was unacceptable and definitely not the standard I expect from Subway.

Came in at 1:30 pm today Nov 5th. Store was not busy at all. No one ordering sandwiches and no online orders being made. The two ladies behind the counter couldn’t be bothered to put their conversation on hold to even greet me let alone make a sandwich. I walked out.

Every time I come to this location their vegetables look old Especially their lettuce which alright not such a big deal but today I walk in this gentleman took my order he looks new so I get it a new job and he’s learning how to do thing we’ve all been there that’s wasn’t the problem the problem was that someone should be there teaching him how to properly make the sandwich or correct him at the least the lady that was there wasn’t even paying attention and just told him he needs to learn when it came time to wrap my sandwich he couldn’t even cut it or wrap it properly while he’s trying his best to do so I’m just standing there watching how the sandwich Condiments get all over the wrap and how it rips I’m not a Confrontational type but I was viably upset bc first he messed the order up the sandwich was a little burnt and to top it off while it’s getting wrapped it’s getting everywhere and she just told him to go help the other costumers that she’s got it and wrapped it with the same wrapper I also work in fast food services and that’s just Unacceptable

Neither worker greeted us upon entering. We ordered and they just talked to each other the whole time and as soon as we paid they went to the back to keep chatting. It was fine but just felt uncomfortable. Food is meh for the price these days.

Haven’t ordered from this location for a long time, but finally ordered from the app and picked up on the way home today.
Got home and started eating the sandwich, and of course, it doesn’t have what I ordered.
Ordered turkey, ham, and bacon sub.
There’s NO bacon, and I specifically ordered this sub because my kid likes bacon.
Ordered extra cucumbers, pickles, and honey mustard.
There’s only 4 pickles in the whole sub, 3 cucumbers, and the regular amount of honey mustard. Ordered the extra pickles, cucumbers because those are my kids favorite.
Also ordered a tuna sub for my mom, she wanted pepper jack cheese in it. And of course, there’s no cheese.
If these are the “extra”, then I’m worried about what the normal amount is like.
I guess I shouldn’t have tipped since my order wasn’t even correct.
