I would appreciate it if Chris didn’t complain about what I’m ordering. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable! On top of that, my boyfriend wanted herbs and cheese but he refused to give it to us and gave us white bread. Yes, there was herbs and cheese available right there, but I’m not sure why he refused to give it to us. Not sure if he was being racist because we were Asians.

I did not catch the guys name but whoever was working on 8.22 at 11am wearing glasses needs a new attitude. I walk in and no one is at the station but I hear two gentlemen talking in the back. I waited a bit to see if someone would come and he only did so after I moved over to the register. He apologized and I told him it was no problem. After he made it I selected no tip. After doing so he said something about selecting the “instant karma button.” After looking at some other reviews on here I guess im not shocked but seriously come on im paying $15 bucks for a footlong, last thing I need is someone being an ass about a tip.

I did a grubhub order at 10:39 am for this subway that is 6 mins from me. My order is not expected to be deliver until 12:10 pm. Why? Why would it take almost two hours to get a 6 inch and a salad ! Why?

If ordering online, don’t ask for any changes because they won’t happen. I ordered a salad and husband ordered a footlong. Both of which were done wrong. The gal apparently was happy with how fast she completed our order…lesson learned. Go in.

Worker was alone so we had to be patient but he was nice and did his best. Ran out of food so had to alter what we wanted, I’m sure because he couldn’t do it all and he has a consistent line of customers.

So this subway off of county rd D in Maplewood is pretty bad at making subs. This was my mess of a sub due to the maker putting waaaaay too much of everything on it. Then didn’t even fold the sandwich. Tried wrapping it up getting it all slopped around. This pic is just when I opened the wrapping to see this giant mess.
There is a lady there who puts way too much spinach on the subs.
Anywho, this is near my work so I will be goi Nd back im sure but maybe they can figure out how to do their ONE JOB: sandwich making

Ordered today, the bread was rock hard. It was flat out disgusting. We had to throw away both subs. I never complain but this just irritated me because there is no way they didnt notice how hard and gross this was. I feel it was done on purpose because I chose not to tip on the app. I was going to tip in person but they both ran into the back when they seen me looking at the take out rack. That should have been my first clue something was up!

Had a super long day, just wanted to get some food. It’s 6pm they don’t close til 8pm. And I walk in and just wanted my usual with my veggies, well basically all the veggies were gone- and the guy says he’s preparing to close, like what? I get prepping to close when it’s super slow, like doing dishes and floors, etc. but to put or not grab out more veggies is crazy. And like you know the days when you just really were craving a specific something and didn’t eat all day and then that entire hope and idea just vanished because of a lazy worker? And then for them to blatantly just don’t want to get or cut anything is just poor service. And someone needs to teach them how to cook the bread right because there’s also no reason the bread should be an inch and a half wide. This place could do better.

Stopped by to grab a sub about an hour before closing and had a great experience. The guy working was awesome to talk to and took his time making my meal. It was good enough that I felt compelled to write a review which I don’t do very often. Whoever you had working, give that guy a raise. Place was clean, food was good and will go back 10/10 times.

Online order indicated it would be ready at 12:45. Waited in store for 25 minutes after that. Witnessed 7 people leave after lining up due to slow service. Location is understaffed and undersupplied. Meat that was ordered out and needed a substitute. Sauce that was ordered was out and needed a substitute. Onions were also out.
