Came here today at 4:45 and they already locked the doors while the white worker lady was sitting there eating a big sandwich signing “oh well” to me and 2/3 other workers were standing there doing nothing lmao SMH

This Subway should be shut down by the health department. The older white lady working there was rude and filthy, clearly not washing her hands, and the entire place reeked of cigarette smoke coming straight from the kitchen. It’s unsanitary, disgusting, and dangerous to eat here. If you care about your health, avoid this location at all costs.

The young lady working at this location very nice and polite. She greeted me as soon as I walked into the store and took my order. My bread was warm and fresh. The customer service was great. The worker also told me about the location deals on subs. I would definitely go back to this location.

Overall and for the majority of the time this store is great. Food tastes great and fresh. Midday staff are friendly and great. There’s been a few times when ordering online they didn’t have certain items or ingredients available. The first time this happened they didn’t call or attempt to contact me before I showed up to pick up. The second time, someone called and it was taken care of. This last time was very disappointing. Online order was placed. 25 minutes later I showed up at the store to pick up the sandwich just to find out they were out of the bread I wanted. There was only 2 customers in line when I arrived, both who had just walked in before I did. So I ended up having to wait in line and reorder my online order. The staff didn’t know what I had ordered. Pretty disappointing. Avoid placing online orders at this location because you’ll end up having to stand in line and order again.

I ordered a footlong multigrain wheat sandwich with eggs and cheese loaded with veggies on it and it was perfect. Very filling and I appreciate the coupon offers mailed out/ available in the app too. The oatmeal raisin cookies are yummy too! Friendly service here and the store was clean too.

Was asked what I wanted before we even made it to the counter. Employee was trying to go so fast he put ranch on my sub when I did not ask for it. He also put the wrong ingredients on the other sub when I told him twice what I wanted. Not only was it disruptive how loud they were but now we know what there weekend plans are. The employees lack basic understanding of what costumer service means. Manager needs to look into finding new employees. Will not visit again.

Great location on East 7th Street Saint Paul on the back side of the old “Red’s pizza” joint,(no longer in business ) inside of the “Big Wood” building. Easy access off of #52 and East 7th, ample parking, never busy, clean,booth seating, friendly servers, and affordable fast food that is healthy and filling. Can I stopped there for lunch or dinner often if I’m in a rush or low on groceries. I would definitely recommend it if you like subs!✌️

Had the Blt 6″ sandwich. Tasty, but needed more bacon. Veggies were fresh and tasty.
Wanted iced tea on the 101* St. PAUL day, but there was none to be had. Manager did say they were getting ready to serve it again. I’m guessing Covid had something to do with that.
