I decided to try again after months of avoiding the place. Kudos. MASSIVE improvement. Friendly staff, better serving sizes, cleaner store…. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Always had good service at this location and the food is “subway”good as well. The reason for the 3 rating on the food is strictly due to the lettuce quality when I’ve been there. It seems on average to be on that limp, starting to turn brown, borderline. Possibly the tune of day I generally visit, but still.

POOR SERVICE. The app said that they didn’t have a sandwich it was unavailable so I Couldn’t order online and couldn’t use my coupon code. And they actually had tuna in the store after I called….I explained this to her and she was zero help said that there are zero coupons available and then asked me if I needed a bag three times. She said the app is a part of a third-party vendor, and they have nothing to do with it. Bad customer service.

Service was awful. They messed up an order I made to-go because they changed the honey mustard recipe to taste like buffalo sauce and when I came to ask if they can just remake the order they told me no when several other Subways I have been to were gladly able to remake the sub. The customer service is horrific and I honestly do not recommend you go to this shop. I would rather drive hours away to go to a better location with more friendly staff
