I never wright reviews but I experience horrible customer service. Order a 6in sub from the drive-through. After paying I waited at the window for 15 minutes till someone finally came back. I could see three boys walking back and forth and passed the window multiple times without any acknowledgment. The boy that opened the window asked if I had an online order I told him no I am waiting for my drive- through order I placed with you 15 mins ago. Not one customer was in the restaurant so it wasn’t because they were busy.

O hesitate to order at Subway because it is the only fast food in my town and surrounding rural areas but this trip was great. So much better than Jimmy Johns. However it is spendier than you would think. Even a large soft drink is well over $3.

I don’t know who the wack chick that works there. But I do not recommend anyone to eat here. Rude as heck. How you going to assault someone over a water cup. Extremely unprofessional. And should be fired. This is not the only time she has done this to a customers. Subway check your employees. Some girl with a dog collar on that works there, putting her dirty hands on customers then back on the food. That’s wildddd. How would you like it if a customer treated you like that. Customer always right remember?? Stop playing like y’all eat fresh. When your employee is putting the hands they make food with on customers. Absolutely weird. Check yourself.

Just waited 20 min in drive through line and still unable to order. 2 cars in front of me. Called store from car…stroe answer was ” there are only three of us and we are taking online orders…maybe come in and order” Maybe get a manager!!

Normally good food, but went here at 8:20pm on May 1st, 2021. Their sign said open, their lights all on, hours posted as closes at 9:00pm, so why were the doors locked? I can understand closing 5 minutes early, but 40 minutes? Really? Now I’m just wasting gas.

Went to this subway for the first time, manger girl had a problem and seemed angry before I started ordering, i ate my food and grabbed a water cup and she snatched the cup out of my hands and called the police on me bc she thought I put soda inside the cup. 4/4/23 at 1:50 pm, never in my whole life had this experience. Being harassed and assaulted over a water cup, and she probably will continue to work here and ruin people’s days. She needs to be stopped. Check camera to see ur subway worker assaulting a 19 year old boy.
