Does black guy that was working there didn’t know how to make the food. He didn’t know how to put the food in the sandwich. He didn’t close it right with a knife. He just left it open when you try to open the sandwich and eat it. everything fell off the sandwich. The guy is complaining about not getting hours and not doing a good job he kept talking and talking the district manager didn’t even do anything either

This location is closest and most convenient and fails me everytime. The service is terrible and rude. The entire side of veggies was completely empty upon arrival. They only had meat and cheese stocked. The woman at the register shrugged and said “I wasn’t the morning shift.” As if that matters to a customer? If you work for the company, take it upon yourself to stock. Work as a team with your other employees. She basically wrote me off that I was in the wrong for asking for peppers, onions and lettuce? Also, the floors were terribly dirty, my kids shoes stuck to the floor waiting in line. Seems like the manager would benefit from stepping into this location once in a while to train the employees. I’d avoid this location if possible.

Ordered online at 1:07, a footlong and a 6″. App said order ready by 1:25.

I walking in a bit early, maybe 1:15. I didn’t expect the food to be ready. I’m not the type to even care if it’s 5 or 10 minutes late, I’ve worked food service before, I know it happens. I made eye contact with the guy working the register.

At 1:35 he asks if I had an online order. I said yes, he says he’ll “put a rush on it.” He does not start on my order. At this point a single family of 4 had made it through the line in the 20 minutes I’d been there, so we’re averaging about 5 minutes per sandwich between two employees. At 1:50 he opens the oven and grabs the (presumably) hot tray with his bare hands and shouts and drops it on the floor. He then picks it up again with his bare hands, (again burning himself?) and sets it directly on the cutting board. After getting an oven mitt he then goes to wash it which takes about 5 minutes while the other employee proceeds to make the next customer’s food on the cutting board without even a wipe.

I got my money back at 1:57 with them still not having started on my order and I believe 7 people having made it through the line in the 40 minutes I was in the store. It’s worth noting there were no other online orders or people waiting for their food. Just me.

I hadn’t been to a subway since before the whole covid thing. This ensures I will never go to one again. Also $22.79? That’s a lot for an hour wait and food poisoning. I’ll pay a couple dollars more and go to Jersey Mike’s.

Decided to give them another shot today after poor service and product last time. I ended up challenging the amount of chicken on the sub and she said that’s two scoops. When in reality it was a scoop and 1/4 as I witnessed, and as you can tell by the picture. Right side has the right amount and the left side barly any. I paid for it as is anyway, worker wrapped it, didn’t put in a bag, no napkins, have a good day, and walked away. Last time going to this franchise. Farmington subway is way better.

There was a very suspicious worker after we got her food and served this one other guy. He went up to our table and asked how her food was going and then he kept saying 67 and then me and my friend we went outside and he went through the back and yelled 67 at us. And we were very scared and we left.

Worst subways ever. Almost empty inside. I called them and they had zero reply and zero remorse. I took pics but can’t post them. Make sure you watch them make it or you will get completely ripped off

Last time I went here hardly anything was stocked (lunch time) no chips, no cookies, the Lettuce was nasty wilted, and the bread wasn’t even fully cooked!!! If I am paying $$$$$$$$$ for sandwich, I want it perfect, not this.

Don’t Fear The Reaper
I have been to this location many times and every time, myself and others I go with have a bad experience. My food comes out burnt or dry half of the time. The line takes forever because one of the men that work there in the afternoon quite literally moves like a sloth (I wish I was exaggerating). Not to mention he doesn’t wear a hairnet or pull his hair back though it’s long, which seems unsanitary. Today I went to get a hot sandwich and they said that they couldn’t because their tray to put the sandwiches on was ‘too dirty’ and they didn’t have another. Which begs the question, what negligence made it so dirty that it can’t be washed quickly and used? And why is there only one? Overall bad experience every time I go to this location.
