Came in on 2/14 (valentines day) around 4:00. The two employees working seemed very friendly and eager to help and got me my food fairly quickly. I have gone to this subway in the past and this was one of my best experiences ever at this location.

12/26/2025 Went into this subway around 2pm, no Italian herb and cheese ready for subs and and the overall cleanliness wasn’t up to par. The ice I put into my ice cup had what appeared as mold in it as well.
The restrooms were fine, and were operating good.
The customer service was okay also, just the food presentation I would rate low.

Stopped in on Christmas eve, felt compelled to leave a review. It was extremely clean, food was really fresh and tasty, great job guys! The 2 employees working at that time deserve a raise, hope they got a good Christmas bonus.

In the wed site it shows they are open at 9AM i got there it was 5 below out and I was met at the door by a Yung lady she said we are not open yet I Siad i thought u open at 9AM she laughed and said no we changed it then I came back to buy a gift card the Yung lady laughed and said we’re out. Hmmm how rude!!! Im surprised she even worked there. I didn’t think I will ever eat there again..

Oddly looked at reviews before going and there were comments about not getting sauce on their subs. I ordered two 6 inch subs and a foot long for myself. The 6 inches were complete and was asked about sauce and said Chipotle. Then went to pay to keep things moving. Got back to the high school opened my sub and no sauce. I guess you have to really stick with thru the entire process. I’ve been ordering subway since 1986 and have never had it happen. Nice crew tho. Just make sure you get sauce.

the dining area was fine, although out of the four tables they had available for seating, three of them were dirty. all the employees seemed high out of their mind and completely unaware. they were “out” of flatbread but we watched them bring it up from the back for mobile orders. we watched them burn sandwiches, and the ingredients in the station were mixed and cross contaminated. workers were so out of it and when they would come up from the back, the area would fill with the stench of weed. they nearly forgot our dipper which we had to wait for because they had to “thaw” it. overall very disappointed with the service and employees.

I don’t write reviews often, but this place is so terrible that I finally had to. A couple weeks ago I ordered subs off the app for pick up; When I got home, the subs had meat and cheese on them, but all of the toppings were skipped. I did hear back from the manager and got a gift card. I just used that gift card tonight and both my subs were wrong. Both of the subs had completely wrong toppings on them, to the point where they weren’t even edible for us. This location has made every order of mine wrong, but it was usually just the wrong type of cheese or something small, so I never reached out. But the last two times have been an absolute horrible experience with the subs not even being close to correct. It’s got to the point where I will drive further to go to another location. I do not recommend this location.

Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting the Subway franchise in Lakeville and I was quite pleased with my experience. The standout of my meal was definitely my sandwich – it was absolutely delicious! The ingredients were fresh, and the bread was soft and perfectly toasted. The staff was attentive and assembled my sandwich exactly to my liking.
However, I do have a minor issue with the cookies. In my experience, the quality of the cookies at this location tends to be hit or miss. Sometimes, they are perfectly baked, moist and chewy, while at other times, they can be a bit on the dry side. Fortunately, you can usually tell by looking at them whether they are going to be dry or not. So, just keep an eye out for the fresher batches.
All in all, my visit to this Subway was a pleasant one. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. I would recommend this location for a quick and tasty sandwich, just be sure to inspect the cookies before making a decision. Overall, a solid 4 out of 5 stars
