This was a great subway to stop at. Although they were short on staff, they were very friendly! Don’t be deceived by the small space downstairs, they have an upper level (that can only be accessed by stairs) with more seating! Beautiful view of the lake and the neighborhood through the windows. Bathrooms were ok (for a fast food restaurant) – Overall, if you are looking for a Subway in Lake City, this is your place!

The employees were very standoff towards my family. The lobby area had bugs flying around as well. Im not one to leave a review but i came here after reading reviews of poor attitude. I can deal with that but the bugs in my food and flying around my children i cant deal with.

Ordered a Philly Steak Sandwich. There was virtually no meat on the sandwich! When I questioned it at the store I was told it was under the melted cheese along with the onions and green peppers. The cheese was virtually flat to the bread and I’m told there is meat, onions and green peppers underneath the cheese? I didn’t push the issue further because there were other customers behind me. I left. Got to my destination and bit into the sandwich and I was right almost NO MEAT! This wasn’t my first disappointing experience at this store. I’m done with you. Never again!

I use online ordering and pick it up from there. I like the steak and cheese with the works. The tuna melt is good and the club with Turkey, ham and roast beef with the works and avocados always… The employees are polite and the food is always fresh. And the online deals are great!!
