This location is always clean and the food is exactly what you would expect. The prices are ridiculous but that’s not the workers fault. The kids that work here are always on their A game and make a quick and delicious sandwich. Probably the best service I have had at a subway in a long time and it’s consistent. Honestly I see the same boys in there each time.

They served me raw cookies and didn’t give me the ones I ordered. The sub has paper stuck to it and is extra toasted for no reason. I now have to go and find food elsewhere when I thought my meal was made correctly. I also had to wait at the store for 20 minutes past the 7:20 estimated time. There was one person in front of me and nobody behind me.photos for reference. I can’t make this up I’m pissed and with no manager on duty they can’t do anything for me. Would love to know where the steak went on my steak and cheese sub also.

I tried the steak and cheese sub and it was very good. Service was very good and the young lady recommended the perfect sauce for my sandwich. My only issue is that the prices of their sandwich’s are getting too high. I paid nearly $14 for only one foot long sub.

Made an order online and went into this subway to pick it up not realizing they closed in 30 minutes. Once I realized that I thought the sub would be a little mehh. To my surprise they did a good job everything was correct and the staff was very friendly. There was even a hand written note in my bag saying “have a great night”

I ordered two foot-long‘s one with lettuce. I was not paying attention when the lettuce was put on because I was adding ingredients to my second one, but the lettuce was brown and disgusting and the bread for the second sandwich was just the white Italian and it was very stale and the tomatoes were mushy!

I’ve been going to Subway since the late 80’s. This is the worst Subway ever. They got my takeout order wrong (AGAIN) and told me if I wanted the missing items “I better come get them.” While the sandwich was being made, a couple came in and were advised by the staff that they just got four online orders, and it was “going to be a while”. They left, surprised at the poor attitude of the staff. Honestly, this is it for me. The quality has been going downhill and the expense increasing. Subway got the last dollar they are ever going to get from me.

There was a customer at the register and then I was standing waiting to be served. There were 3 employees that I saw. The young man, possibly a trainee, went to the next person until directed by a lady working there and the customers right after me that I was next. I wanted my usual, a salad. They put the meat in to heat and put a tiny amount of cheese on the lid So I asked for more cheese. He was old he had to charge for extra cheese. Then he put a small amount of lettuce in the bowl and the other items that I wanted. I get this salad at least once a month for an online meeting I attend. This salad only took up only 3/4 of the bowl. It’s the smallest, stingiest salad I’ve ever received. Isanti Subway has lost a regular customer.

Not one to complain, but ordered footlong and 6 chocolate chip cookies on app. Get there at 5pm and busiest time of day… No Chocolate chip cookies and none being made. I pick out 6 different cookies(not the ones I really want, and they push them in the box and make breakfast cereal out it. WoW! Very disappointed and don’t know when or if I will be back.
