Will never be going here again!! I Had ordered a platter on Friday for a get together over the weekend I called to order and was hung up on so I went in shorty after and placed the order. I picked it up on Saturday and realized the only thing they got right on the order was the meat, I called telling them it was wrong and if there was a way I can bring it back for them to remake it. They told me there wasn’t a manager working and to call back Monday not tomorrow(Sunday) so I called back Monday 3 times and the phone was never answered so I went back in again! I was then told “I had just missed the manager” and was told to write down my name and number for her to call me back. Nothing Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday or Thursday. I had called Wednesday night asking if there was going to be a manger the next day(Thursday) I was told she would be in from 7-2 I get there at 10:15 and “just missed her” “she left at 9” and up until this point nobody had even APOLOGIZED for what’s been going on. I was told the only thing they can do is to give me 2 subs for free. I will NEVER be going here again. I find it very coincidental that they called the manager 2 times and she never answered. There’s a difference between bad customer service and what ever you would consider this. The fact there is nobody there who is in charge and can take responsibility over situations like this is unbelievable. I understand that there can not be a manager there the whole time but there should be someone who has the authority to make what’s wrong right.

Honestly not sure why this store can’t seem to get things right. The staff at this location doesn’t seem to put a premium on accuracy and customer service. I’ve had so many problems here that today was my first day back in quite a few months, and it didn’t go well. They have forgotten things or made mistakes on my order before but today was something else, I placed my order through the drive-through to get food for my wife and I and the screen was glitching out and not tracking input correctly. Didn’t seem like a big deal and I double checked my order before submitting it to be sure it was correct. I pulled around to the window and my food was somehow ready which seemed pretty suspicious as the sandwiches were supposed to be toasted. They gave me my food after I paid and I noticed right away that there was one sandwich and one bowl which was not what I ordered. I asked the employee why I had a bowl and she claimed it was what I ordered, it was not. I told her the screen acted weird but I most certainly did not select a bowl and the screen did not say I did and just wanted what I ordered. Her response was that I already paid for it therefore they wouldn’t do anything to fix it. The rinkle in that argument is that I don’t get my food until I pay for it, so by her logic they are absolved of any mistakes they make and getting what you ordered is a total guessing game. I didn’t want to pay for an additional sandwich and there was no manager available so we took what we had and left. Got home to find out that we did not get our cookies, the “protein bowl” we did not want was basically soup, and the sandwich we did get was almost entirely vegetables and sauce with hardly any steak and had clearly been microwaved. I worked at subway years ago and have more or less been a customer there for years, this was not the level of quality I expected and have been returning for all this time. The staff do not seem to care about the quality of their work nor they way they appear to be representing their brand. Long story short, if you are in the mood for a quality sandwich and experience then I would look elsewhere.

So I just left Subway getting dinner for girlfriend and I, our sandwiches were soggy, squished, sauce tasted off, they were not rolled well. They were not busy and was not near closing time, I even left a tip. I threw my sandwich away. This was first time in awhile. I’ll go to Northfield instead now

This subway is clean and doesn’t skimp on ingredients. Workers are engaged and work quickly. I wish this store would offer veggie patties.
Update: Still get good service and food. Often out of garden salsa chips. But I have no complaints and neither do any of my lunch buddies who come to this restaurant all the time.

There was barely anyone working and the girl who took my order messed it up and I wanted two foot longs and she made me two six inch didn’t even ask me what I wanted , she whispered when she talked to me and if a 6 inch is 8 dollars two would be 16 plus tax maybe 17 why the hell was it 19 dollars for two tinny sandwich’s, the lady who checked me out walked away mid check out didn’t come back I had to take my sandwhichs from the counter and leave

Service is terrible. 3 workers in store with one making herself a sandwich to go on break. One talking to a sales person and inventory and one person sweeping floor while 2 people stand to waiting to place a order for 10 minutes with no response from anyone. Asked if they were serving today and know one even looked our acknowledge me. I walked out the door. Management at this store has been terrible for a long time. Never seems to change!!! Must not pay well or just don’t care. Went across street to Jimmy Johns. Never coming back to this store again. !!!!

Got treated pretty bad by the staff today and this isn’t the first time this has happened in recent memory. I just want what I ordered which should not be met with such criticism from the people responsible for that. I used to come to this location a lot and I find myself coming here less and less because of similar experiences, if this is to be considered the new normal then I will sate my hunger for sandwiches elsewhere. Also the touch screen is trash, freaks out half the time and I’ve noticed a pretty significant increase in the food I’m given being vastly different than what I had ordered.
