Tried a second order on a different day and completely wrong to the order was inedible again. Do better Subway.
What even happened to this location?
Used drive thru. Made adjustments on my order before confirming. Pulled up and older lady goes “you guys originally clicked a kids menu right” (before confirming the menu to pull ahead)? Then threw her hands up in the air and says “I gotta… I gotta redo the whole thing it will be longer” shutting the window like it was our fault. At least the other worker was apologizing and had a better attitude!
Order was wrong, menu items were in accurate. Asking for specific items NOT put on Sandwhich and they were. Making the food inedible and realizing after we got home.
Horrible customer service, inability to follow visual order directions. Yikes.

**AVOID** this location has mouthy teenage employees (Tucker) who dont value loyal customers.to the franchise owner of this location or whatever subway employee is in charge of google reviews shame on you for not responding to negative reviews to try and make it right.there are many 1 star reviews(I can see why) w/ no response from management. any reputable buisness on Google says sorry at the very least.any patron who reads this go to a nice sit down restaurant get a hot meal,its cheaper then subway & mc ds these days and you’ll get treated much better.

They have super nice staff at this location and the food is always fantastic. I just did an order ahead and asked if they could do extra pickles and extra extra black olives if possible. I was so happy to see they sent an extra little bag on the side for more extras. It’s almost like they knew it was for a pregnant lady who was having cravings for Subway because that’s exactly where I’m at right now

I went here today at 2:25 this afternoon got a breakfast sandwich that was supposed to be $6.79. The total was supposed to be $7.49 after tax. I got to the drive window and she said it was $8.08. I questioned that total. She said it’s supposed to be $7.49, but told me theres nothing she can do about it, so I have to pay $8.08, which I refused! She had a bad attitude also! No you fix it, and charge the customer what it is, not more!

Never got served or even acknowledged by the 4 different associates who walked past the drive threw window for 5 minutes. It wasn’t busy but if it were, at least let your customer know you will be right back. Can’t trust that I’ll be back to work on time with this place sadly & I really like their food.

I only leave negative reviews if something goes wrong multiple times in a short amount of time. First issue was just 3 weeks ago. Ordered a wrap, a sub, cookies, and a couple drinks. The sub was wrong and missing the cookies. Today I ordered the wrap again like always and it was about 1/2 the size, loaded to the brim with veggies which made it mushy, way too much sauce which was leaking all over through the wrap that wasn’t wrapped anywhere near correctly, and about 1/5th the meat I would normally get in my wraps! Where’s the meat! It was like eating sauce, bread, and tomatoes, and guacamole! Consistency of baby food. Not impressed with the service I’ve received my last 2 trips and feel pretty cheated with my 2 trips costing me $40+. No sort of care with my food is highly disappointing and concerning. Lack of quality control leads to lack of other areas of the business. Shouldn’t happen dealing with food.

Let me start by saying this is not a complaint about the food, the food was wonderful, I just wish the lady helping us hadn’t seemed so put off to be doing her job. When I arrived with my friend we were the only two people in the building and there were no cars in the drive-through. The lady who helped us rushed through our sandwiches and seemed annoyed when I asked for modifications. She rushed us through the line even though there was no one else there, and seemed to be very grumpy.

It’s not very often I go outta my way to leave a Google review but the two working tonight(7-3-25) deserve a little love. Pretty busy and the family in when we were there were unbelievably picky, complaining about the gloves touching certain stuff and they still went above and beyond to make our sandwiches great. Not a sloped together pile. An actual sandwich. Thank you!
