I don’t like giving negative reviews as I know that people work hard and have bad days. But there’s no way you forget the meatballs in a meatball sub and don’t put bacon on the American club. I ordered online. Again, I don’t like doing this but come on!

Anytime an app order is placed the sandwich is wrong and it looks like someone rolled around on it after making it. Staff argues with you when items missing. Anyone ever try to get guacamole off something? It’s green and sinks in. But the staff argue. Photos, no fresh mozzarella or avocado like it was supposed to have. Also see two wraps and the polite note to please cut each wrap in half and double check ingredients. Wraps not cut in half and missing 1/2 of the requested ingredients. Also ordered a steak wrap and added bacon and you can barely see any steak or meat. Wraps are supposed to have the same amount of meat as a footlong. AND YOU PAY FOR IT. Owner:Manager is a mean person who tells you off. There is less steak in this last pic than if I would have asked for a quarter of meat!! And I asked for a wrap which by Subway guidelines is supposed to be a footlong quantity of meat! We ask and will even pay for extra veggies. We get two slices of green peepers and two slices of onion.

I just took my two kiddos to eat lunch, and the current workers on 9/30 at 11:30, are so rude. We don’t like coming to this location due to it. My husband and I use to love subway. Food is alright, but the customer service isn’t worth it. There is a bigger set older gal. Short, with glasses who must hate her job. My husband has dealt with her being just rude and bitter, and I made a Facebook status not long ago and apparently it’s a group consensus. It’s unfortunate.

There was two ladies there and older lady who was making sandwiches then at younger girl she was very nice and pleasant but the lady who was making our sandwiches she was rude and not pleasant at all no smile I said something g like I want this kind of bread and she knew what was there she said I can’t see what you want she also had the lid where you could not see her making the sandwich I do not think I will be back to this one I will go to wautoma the guys in there are much nicer

Stopped at 7 on a Sunday evening. Only had 1 kind of bread. Pretty slow service and everyone seemed lost. They did manage to make our 6 subs and they tasted good (well, I know mine did and no one complained otherwise). I did have to help cashier remember what we ordered and corrected her a few times.

We usually use the app and have it brought out to the car or run in to grab it. Twice something was missing but mistakes happen, not a big deal. The sandwiches have always been made correctly. They haven’t ever been “sloppy” or “skimped” in any area. Everything has been fresh, good and done on time. 🙂

Subway is Subway. Not cutting edge cuisine but i think a respectable chain sandwich shop. I have had the same kid make my sandwich the last couple of times at Subway. It is so obvious that he takes pride in his work. And, he has such a good attitude. He didn’t have a mask on; i asked him to put one on and he replied with an “Absolutely Sir! Whatever i can do to make you feel safe.” Last time he told me he was making me (actually my daughter) a “beautiful sandwich”. So refreshing to get such sincere customer service from a high school kid….when most (including my daughter) will barely look up from her phone. I wish i remembered his name. So nice.
