Placed a platter order several days before a bday party. Came to pick it up and she came out chewing her food saying she forgot all about it. Never apologized. Unprofessional. To top it off we found a hair in one of our subs. You are around food. Wear hairnets!!

Family night out.. fail…. Arrived and the employee was clocked out but was making sandwiches for his family. The other employee came from the back and didn’t greet the customers. He then and what kind of bread and the customer was informed there was only herb and cheese. He proceed to make my families sandwiches and cut the bread and then pressed it flat on the cutting board. Was then standing at checkout and the employees that was making sandwiches for his family punched in the other employees numbers and checked himself out and leave the building. Very unpleasant visit. Has been this way since Serena left the Subway in New London, WI.

What a joke!! Can’t read online orders apparently! Two separate orders, 6 sandwiches total. Every single item was wrong. It’s like they picked any bread they wanted and threw every thing on. This is a pile of stuff that was all wrong.

***UPDATE, after tonight I’ll never go back to this place! I placed my order on the app. 30min later I went to the store at my scheduled time to find my order not made and they were making every walkins order continuously. I stood around for 30 min in that time I watched them run out of every bread and I still didn’t have my order. Here’s the kicker canceled my order and order again from another store in Hortonville 8 miles away from the while I was on my way. I was I get there and the order is completed and ready to go! I told the guys at this store about my issue and they even said online orders come first since you’ve already paid! The new London store is a joke not to mention it’s grungy and outdated would be really happy if the person that owns the Greenville and Hortonville stores would buy new London and turn it around obviously the owner now dosent give a crap about their customers.

This is not the first time the little girl gave us attitude and was so rude. I asked for jalapeños on my sandwich and she snapped back saying you never said that, I DID FOR SURE SAY THAT! They rushed our service and slapped our sandwiches together and we’re both so rude. She then yelled at us walking out the door. With the two people who worked today, I will not be going back. Customer service is key and if your going to be rude and fight with a customer every time I come in your store you should be fired. Not the only person who got treated like this today… not impressed. If I could rate a 0 I would!

This subway is truly awesome. Tina is in there running the place with a smile on her face. She is great everytime I come in. She carefully constructs each sandwich as if it’s the last chance she’ll ever get to craft a sandwich. She’s funny and polite. The food is pretty great and my girlfriend and I make sure we visit at least once a week. Keep being awesome!

I came in the other day and I think it was Brian or Briant that made my sandwich. It was easily the BEST sandwich I’ve ever eaten. Service was 10/10. This man needs a raise. Definitely will come back.

They make a sub just like any other Subway it just takes them an extremely long time to do it. Every time I go in it’s new people training more new people. If you have a half hour to wait for a sandwich then you’ll be ok. However if you’re on your way to work or on a schedule you best go someplace else.

Their speed, like any other place, depends on how busy it is. Usually they’re pretty quick. Clean dining room and drink station, well stocked.
During the pandemic they seem to have issues keeping their masks on even while preparing food. Yes I know it sucks, but it could save someone’s life.

After having a bad experience with the Weyauwega Subway, I decided to go to New London Subway. It happened to be just before New London Subway closed and they still served me. I called so the worker let me make my order over the phone and pick it up, the women working were fantastic, sweet, and professional. I highly recommend going to New London Subway, it was a wonderful experience and made my night so much better.
