I used to come here almost everyday with my dad around a year ago before he passed away. Back then everything was great, but now I’ve been ordering from here via Doordash and everything is always wrong. The first time, my sandwich was missing half the ingredients and it took over 45 minutes for two sandwiches. The second time, one of the sandwiches was just missing entirely. Tonight, and this will be the last time I order here, I ordered baja chipotle sauce and instead, there was cheddar cheese sauce on it. If you were out of baja chipotle, just take it off the ordering options instead of tricking me with a sauce that looks similar… or open your eyes before you make the sandwich. Judging by the other recent reviews, I’m not alone when I say the quality has gone down. This location should close soon. There’s many other Subways in FDL with better quality, but this unfortunately happens to be the one closest to my house.

Went to this location a few times in the last couple months and each time was really disappointing. It was mainly the customer service then the quality of food was going down hill.
One time I went last month I walk in and loud music was blasting out the speakers, can hardly hear each other. It was a black gentleman making my sandwich and I assume his girlfriend was sitting at one on the tables closet to the line staring me down like I was interrupting something.
Another time a lady started to make my sandwich with out gloves on, but I corrected her and had her remake it.
The last time I went was last week and I will never go here again. I thought for sure I was going to get food poisoning but luckily I did not. Looking through the glass at the meats and veggies, they all looked to be in terrible condition. I got stuff on my sandwich that looked like it wasn’t going to make me sick, so that was like 3 things on there. I also got some cookies and they were cooked terribly and tasted like they have been sitting there for a couple days.
I liked this location because it was so convenient for me when I am rushing to work and I can swing in here get something quick and leave, but not anymore, I am not risking my health for convenience. This place obviously needs new management because whoever is training these people are not doing a good job.
And to all the Subways, PLEASE BRING BACK MOZZARELLA FOR THE SANDWICHES!

We have ordered through this Subway and both of the last two times have absolutely sucked. Fist time everything was just thrown together messy, wrong cheese, wrong dressings and toppings. 1/2 the ingredients were missing. When we called to complain, we were told the manager would be in the next day for 3 days straight. Tonight we were called 2 times about ingredients were out. When we got our food, the chicken was cold. The bread was burnt. Granted yes we got new food that was OKAY. But the last two time have been absolutely horrible. We will never order from this store again

Ordered online for pickup. Got there at the time it said it would be ready and the lights were all off. The worker was outside and said they were closed. I said I had a pickup and she said nobody showed up for closing and she was leaving. I said I paid for an order. She told me to cancel it. When I tried to cancel, there was no option to do so. I got charged for sandwhiches I never received. I went in a few days later and let them know what happened and they took my name and number and said a manager would call me. Nobody called and a week later still no refund.

I was there tonight 12-27-25. I was at the counter for about 10 mins. Asking for someone to come help me. I heard dishes being washed in the back. A girl looked at me from around the corner and went back. Horrible horrible!!!! I WILL NOT go back there. Rude, rude, rude!!!!!!

Order to not have the bread toasted and the didn’t toast any of the meat that should have been warmed at least. Also ordered a soda and never got it. When I called to get a refund for the soda I was told I cant help you ny boss isn’t here. Smh I will avoid this subway in the future.

Came here on Monday with family before a fun swimming/outdoor adventure. The service here was wonderful, however the chairs were all up when we showed up after 11 a.m. and they were out of many veggies as well as other things. Might have been a shipment issue, yet it still didn’t make up for the atmosphere. Will not be coming to this Subway again.

I have ordered out of this subway 14 times. Yes I counted and no they didn’t get a single order right. Never have I ever had an issue such as this one at a subway. Sloppy made food, bad customer service, and just over a terrible location please do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
