Found a blonde hair baked into the bread of my sub.. when I called to complain the lady on the phone was instantly defensive about how she didn’t have blonde hair so it couldn’t have been hers and she made my sub.. upon re explaining that it was baked into my bread I was assured that if I came back in they would make me a new sub… I had already returned to work so obviously making it back wasn’t an option.. she took my name and number and assured me I could stop in for a replacement sub however when I showed up for my sub I was informed that she couldn’t find anything and would have to call a manager

Today worker understand the rest got the tomatoes and the sub I wanted but this is the second time two workers got my one topping wrong they put lettuce instead of spinach when I said spinach they did complete opposite what I told them over the phone come on now how hard is it to understand that word I hate repeating it so annoying I know the girl that worked before the girl with black hair got it wrong and one with black hair got it right and understand me well and the girl with reddish hair that’s deaf of hearing did it wrong today and if the next worker gets it wrong again in doing it on the phone app for now on and make a special note I will report this to the manager or the boss after one last chance period no buts about it message from Tony kendl Clintonville Wisconsin

Girl behind the counter didn’t know what she was doing, then some girl came out of the bathroom NOT in uniform went behind the counter and told her what to do, then got on her phone and went somewhere else. There was no other customers in there except for a group that were not eating and didn’t look like they had been nor did they look like they were going to. Felt very strange. I got my meal to go, ate it in the car because I didn’t feel comfortable eating inside, v weird vibe.

I was surprised at how little they put on the subs I ordered. 2 slices of thin green peppers, 3 slices of even thinner onions. Tomatoes seen better days passed. At least I got some spinach. I ordered two 6′ subs, two drinks, $18. I won’t be going to Subway anymore. The staff was friendly but stingy on the veggies..

I specifically requested my sub to be toasted longer. I ask this because I don’t don’t like a cold sandwich. He acknowledged the request. But did not toast for longer. My sandwich is still cold. It will be a while before I come back. Training needs be done better.

Not to happy. Got a sub about two weeks ago and they missed up and I ended up calling and was told I would have a free sub for next time. Sent my mom in to get lunch and to get the free sub. The lady was vary rude and said my free sub was sitting there for over a month so they ripped it off the wall. My mom walked out and said that that’s rude for just coming at her like that and told her we would not be back. Then just because my mom said that and walked out she chased my mom out the door saying that my name was up there and she would like to fix it and she apologized we are not they type to complain about food. I get it mistakes happen I worked in food before. But there is not reason to be rude!!!!!

No stars. Very rude staff. Had no bread left at 4 pm except 5 loaves of wheat. Made sandwiches all wrong. Asked for double bacon on one sandwich and got barely any. Charged for it though. When I told the employee that I asked for double bacon she yelled at me and said it was on there. What the hell is with the metal shield blocking the meats and cheeses. Can’t even see what they are putting on your sandwich. Will not be going to Clintonville subway ever again. Very rude employees and terrible service. Okay, you get one star so I can tell people how bad it is.

Didn’t even get a chance to order anything, because was told before we even got to the counter or could say a word that it would be at least 10 minutes because she had online order first. I understand having orders up first, but not a sorry or good afternoon or anything, just rudeness and attitude. Wish I could have done zero stars all the way around, I’m sorry but that was ridiculous. So had to settle for McDonald’s. Not my first choice by any means.

Placed a pick up order. Half an hour later it’s not even STARTED. There’s ONE kid in the whole building and I truly don’t think he knows how to read. Rude and slow service. THEN we get told there’s no meatballs left after we already showed up and paid. Awful service. Idiotic staff.

I went to subway one day and I saw an older woman assuming she was the manager, I believe her name was Marsha? I saw her basically cussing out this younger lady looking to still be a teenager. She looked like she was on the verge of tears and when Marsha saw me she left her alone and the young girl made my sandwich perfectly and she does a great job from what I saw. I was really disappointed when I saw the behavior of the manager of that store. I feel bad for all employees that have worked with her, work with her currently, and will ever work for her. Marsha should be dealt with. Should not even deserve to work there.
