Didn’t even get a chance to order anything, because was told before we even got to the counter or could say a word that it would be at least 10 minutes because she had online order first. I understand having orders up first, but not a sorry or good afternoon or anything, just rudeness and attitude. Wish I could have done zero stars all the way around, I’m sorry but that was ridiculous. So had to settle for McDonald’s. Not my first choice by any means.

Not to happy. Got a sub about two weeks ago and they missed up and I ended up calling and was told I would have a free sub for next time. Sent my mom in to get lunch and to get the free sub. The lady was vary rude and said my free sub was sitting there for over a month so they ripped it off the wall. My mom walked out and said that that’s rude for just coming at her like that and told her we would not be back. Then just because my mom said that and walked out she chased my mom out the door saying that my name was up there and she would like to fix it and she apologized we are not they type to complain about food. I get it mistakes happen I worked in food before. But there is not reason to be rude!!!!!

Worst possible subway I’ve ever been to, placed an online order, once we got there to pick it up someone had else had took it, they said it’s not there problem an that they won’t do anything about it, didn’t refund us the money didn’t make new subs, just said oh well and had us leave, pretty awful way to run a business, especially considering the amount of money our company spends at this location a week. That will no longer be happening though. This is not okay.

Try not to put a half bottle of sauce on my subs please, thanks. Even when I request less sauce, I am still drowning in it. Who on Earth wants a soggy sauce mess of a sub? It’s not hard to do a single line of sauce. Cmon, do better. Will be driving out of town now just for a nice sub.

I went to subway one day and I saw an older woman assuming she was the manager, I believe her name was Marsha? I saw her basically cussing out this younger lady looking to still be a teenager. She looked like she was on the verge of tears and when Marsha saw me she left her alone and the young girl made my sandwich perfectly and she does a great job from what I saw. I was really disappointed when I saw the behavior of the manager of that store. I feel bad for all employees that have worked with her, work with her currently, and will ever work for her. Marsha should be dealt with. Should not even deserve to work there.

This subway does not even deserve a star. Marcia (aka the manager) has a horrible attitude, everytime I come in there she is all crabby and always yelling at her employees. She is very disrespectful. No wonder why no one wants to work there. All she does is yell at her employees and pretty much make them feel like they’re dumb. The worst service ever!!!!!!! Never will come here again. Someone needs to do something about her.

Went to this subway today to order sandwiches today. Subway worker had no face mask on she put one on didn’t cover her nose. I told her to put the mask on correctly. I was told that I was rude to the employee. I LEFT this subway and will never order again!! Ever one wondering how covid is spread mystery solved.
