I went in to order for three kids and myself which was three foot longs and one six inch today (6/14) at 1:15pm. When checking out, the boy working was rude and said loudly to me in front of everyone in line that this is technically a catering order and moving forward I should call ahead.
I thought this was very unkind and rude of him to call me out like that when I was very polite and patient with both workers. Additionally, we have come to subway several times and have never been told this. Very disappointing service.

Jasmine did a nice job building my subs. This location has been consistently good for a Subway. Place is clean and they take good care making the subs. The new bread brought me back to try them again.

I was at this location on 11/17 12pm and the girl working there was rude and very unprofessional she did not honor a coupon that I had previously used on a different day for the same exact sandwich. She even charged me extra for cheese and stated that if wanted to add veggies it would also be extra charge.

The one lady that works there is so rude! She’s the older one with glasses. The younger kid’s always give you extra veggies. Every time I asked her for extra mayo or veggies she said they got in trouble for doing extra. I told her I’m requesting so no reason not to do what I’m requesting. She won’t talk and is very nasty. She needs to get FIRED! If I see her working I don’t go in.

I have gone in twice to get two meatball subs, both times the employee made it appear he was putting meat balls on, and I noticed he was digging around in the bin. He was out of meat balls but didn’t want to say anything. He scooped some sauce on, spread it around and sent it down the line until I said something at which point he told me they were out of meatballs. Then my dad went yesterday and I got another sub with barely any meatballs on it.

This Subway location is nearest to our house, so it’s normally our go-to place when we are hungry for Subway subs. On two occasions recently, we ordered take-out subs from the app. Both times, the subs were a disappointment. The employees (per the owners/managers requirement I would guess) have been super stingy with the veggies. It was on all the subs, not just my veggie sub. There are definitely bigger issues in the world; however, we will take our business to a different Subway location or to the Cousins across the street.

No matter what I tried online to place my order for the buy 2 footlongs get them for $5, my order would not go through. First I tried to check out as guest and it said I needed a password so I applied for a new password. Then when I tried to enter my credit card number as soon as I entered the first number it came up invalid entry. I called the Kensington Subway and explained to the gal who answered that their online ordering was not working. She said to come in and order but she did not tell me I would have to pay full price that the $5 deal was only good for ordering online. I feel ripped off
