Noxious Karn
Absolutely terrible service I received tonight. I can forgive a few things when placing an order at a store for pick up. But tonight I was met with every bad experience rolled into one. The lobby was locked and I was told go to the drive through OK no issue there. I waited for 10 minutes waiting for someone to talk to me so I could pick up my already paid already made order. The worker had a lot of orders so I was annoyed but let it go. Got home to find half the ingredients on my wife’s sub was missing and mine was just a disgusting mess that looked like it was thrown together by a drunk monkey. So we called to complain.
“Are you a manager”
“No, what’s your problem”
“Well we have some missing ingredients and I’d like discuss the poor customer experience with the locked door and being ignored for a full 10 minutes”
“That’s not my problem.” *click*
I absolutely will not go to this store ever again… Can’t believe this store changed ownership and nose dived this fast…

I normally order from northland because it’s a little closer. I tried to order this morning but they were out of stock of every bread but grain. I called and asked and they said they restricted it to grain online because they didn’t make more. So online all I could get was grain bread. Wth. And they’ve messed our orders up so many times, I decided to order from wisconsin Ave subway. Way better and actually put the correct ingredients on it. Subway on Northland should take a seminar from wisconsin Ave.
Will be going to wisconsin Ave for now on.

This location was very good the server was awesome and the food was made the way I asked and it tasted great. Prices are getting a little to high to come back multiple times a week so I only eat here once or twice a month if that.

We ordered 3 subs, 2 salads and a pizza. One sub was missing 3 things and had the wrong cheese on it, it was so bland I added some lettuce from my salad. Another had the toppings on top so my daughter had to reconstruct the entire thing. The quality of the chicken in the salad looked like Tuna, not sure what’s up with that. We will definitely not be ordering from this location again.
This was an online order so definitely won’t be doing that again either so I can see my stuff being made.

The staff do not treat customers as first come first serve. I put my order in at the drive through and waited for fifteen minutes before they even began my order. Then they somehow mixed my order up. So many people came in literally after we had put in our order and they did all of the people’s orders inside first while disregarding ours….. Not happy at all

Definitely one of the better subway experiences I’ve had in a long time but i guess i normally frequent one of the worst ones in the area did some research on nearby subways and this is definitely one of the better ones and the one in Walmart in Darboy is the lower end. Didn’t look into all of them though

Mai prepared our sandwiches, he was very friendly, welcoming and understanding of our special requests.
This Subway location seemed clean and did meet our needs (especially considering we walked in 10mins before closing time).

Honestly one of the best subway experiences.
We went to the Bonduel subway, got denied service(for the 4th time, and lied to on how some were made).
Drove to Appleton(On Sunday lunch), guy was willing to extra load our sandwiches just to make up for the bad experience prior. He was super helpful, explanatory, and kind!
