Don’t order from there unless you can go in there and watch the make your sandwich. If you order through the app you will get the minimal amount of stuff. They have young people there working and don’t seem to know how to follow direction. And don’t ask for salt and pepper. They’ll be way too much. Especially salt!!!

I went in there today April 25th at around 6:30 pm, and the girl named “Princess” with purple hair was crabby and rude towards me. I ordered a footlong sub and a footlong roll up. I asked for salt and pepper on my sandwich and she dumped wayy too much on it, to the point when I got home to eat it, it was completely unedible. Everytime Ive been in there the workers and rude, take forever to make my sandwich and are snappy. Definitely do not recommend spending your money here.

Horrible service my daughter and I sat down to eat and got kicked out because the worker didn’t want us there anymore. We were quiet and doing nothing wrong. Super rude my daughter was super embarrassed. The only reason the worker didn’t want us there was because of someone I am friends with. Talk about being childish. Some people’s drama should not be allowed in customer service and apparently the manager knew all about it and approved her to do it. Shame on these grown adults.

My son and I were in there about 5:30-5:45 today (March 26th). The purple haired worker named “Princess” kept talking to her co-worker like he is 2 years old! There was another customer before us, she heard what was going on and kept looking at us like what the heck is going on here. I ordered 4 subs. The man made mine and he was so nice and kept giving me looks like I’m sorry you have to listen to her talk to me like that. He was great! He ended up walking away, I’m assuming because he was frustrated and didn’t want to say something rude in from of customers. Anyways the purple haired “princess” is not a princess!!

If I could give service a zero we would have. We stood in the lobby for 25 minutes waiting for someone to help us. Understanding that an online order was in front of us. There was a male staff tonight that was absolutely rude. He became frustrated with a couple that he was checking out because they had a coupon and he could not figure it out in the register side. When he got to us he slammed the paper on the counter and stared at me waiting for me to tell him our order. He prepped my son’s sandwich with complete disregard for the sandwich we actually ordered. When asked he did not speak to the customers he sat and continued to stare at me. He continued with the other sandwich, slamming another piece of paper on the counter and stared at my daughter and husband waiting for them to notice that he was standing there. He did not listen to the order I asked for and became rude when I tried explaining to him that he misunderstood. He rolled his eyes as each new customer came in the building and told the guy with the online order behind us that he’s going to be waiting awhile as they haven’t started his order yet. It was a terrible and very unpleasant.

Asked them if they accepted coupon that just arrived in the mail this week for 2 Footlongs for 13.99. Guy behind the counter said that it was good. At the register we scanned the coupon and he told us it wasn’t valid at their location. Would give zero stars if I could do so, never coming back again.

No stars for service and that’s not even low enough!! my husband and I went into this subway to get dinner on our way home and first we used the bathrooms. I went to wash my hands and found the soap dispenser out of soap. I told the young punk boy behind the counter. He was just standing there leaning, no other customers in site. I said the bathrooms out of hand soap, hoping to get some. He shrugged his shoulders and said “so, I don’t know how to change it so it’s just out of soap,” Seriously? How rude. We stood there, he shrugged again in a rude and cocky manner like to say what are you going to do about it. I said, we’re not eating here. He shrugged again, same attitude. Poorest customer service. When my husband came out I told him we’re not eating here and why. And added the red leaded guy was rude. From behind the counter I hear “I wasn’t being rude!!” I said yes you were. And we left without food in hand. I did go in the men’s restroom and washed. Worst cs ever. Leave it to gen z I guess to try not to figure anything out for them selves and Hod forbid him to apologize for no soap and give me wet naps or something at least as a gesture. Do. Not. Recommend.

Would leave a 0 star if possible. Everytime I go there the workers are rude or dont want to be working there and they take forever to build the sandwiches. I no longer place online orders for pick up and choose to watch them make them because they dont put enough topping on and I ALWAYS have to ask for more. Also don’t recommend the drive through either, I’ve waited 10 mins before moving because it did look busy but still no one came to even say anything. Went inside and was told by one of the employees that they were told to ignore the drive through if they were busy inside. If that’s the case then why have the drive through? This is a horrible store full of employees that don’t want to work.

Last Sunday I placed an online order at 7:17 for pickup at 7:45. I showed up at 7:50 with 3 employees behind the counter. They told me they had a busy day and were out of bread, so I could either cancel my order or wait 10 min for bread. I chose to wait. After about 15 min, still no bread. After about 25 min there was finally bread but only one guy doing about 7 online orders by himself. I asked if there was anyone to help as it has now been 35 min since my pickup time plus the others who have been waiting and he stated that she was in the back with her boyfriend who doesn’t work there and wouldn’t come to help. I even knocked on the employee door and told her he needed help. You could hear her pause and then just go back to what she was doing. Even more people who had online orders started showing up. A gentleman came in as a walk in and the guy told him he couldn’t serve him as he had so many online orders and by the time he would get to him they would be closed. I finally got my sandwiches almost an hour after my scheduled pickup time. At no point was I given an apology, an offer of compensation or nothing. I was beyond frustrated and disappointed with this visit.
