Steak & Cheese was a sloppy mess today. I’ll not use that Subway ever again.
Weirdly enough there’s 2 others to chose from in this town.
The area people see and order from the counter is pretty dirty as well for no one hanging out by the counter. If it’s not busy, which it certainly didn’t look like. Maybe some cleaning is in order while standing around making $.

Noon on on a Saturday you think there would be more than one worker. Ordered online and came at the suggested time. The one worker there had ignored my order. Acknowledged it was there to be made but decided to still ignore my order to get what appeared to be their friends order first. Meanwhile they did take my chicken out and leave it sitting out for what is currently 20 min. Service not so great. Hopefully the food will be fine but working on 25+ min to get my order even started. Rounding on 35+ to actually get it to me. At the 35 min mark workers (because one came back) are now arguing with each other and apparently refusing to work the line together. So one is staying in the back with a nice long line forming. Hitting the 40 min mark. Taking time out to fight a little more between each other. Lady seems to have won since the second person came out to help finally.

Step it up folks. 20 min for them to make 4 Wraps and a sandwich before us for 2 customers. Told we could customize a wrap yet the customers in front of us did Second employee out from back who told us he was washing dishes so didn’t need to wash his hands . Employee making my sandwich obviously annoyed w second. They did not work together well. Thankful to leave. Sandwich was dry….not enough mayo and maybe old or overcooked bread

If I could give negative stars I would. 2 of the worst employees ever one male that’s been there a long time and a woman. Both act like they hate you for being a customer when their job literally is to make sandwiches. I was yelled at for what cheese I wanted after he threw things around so I walked out and went to a different subway. I will not spend fifty bucks to be treated so horribly and went to the one by oriellys and was greeted with a smile and treated very nice. Will be going there from now on which is sad because my kids loved getting subway when we went to Walmart

Friend used the app to order and pick up our subs. Worker berated him, asking why he didn’t just get stuff from Walmart. Then when we got home, my bacon wasn’t even cooked on my sandwich (wasn’t toasted, so it needs to be cooked separately). Pretty sure that’s a health hazard. Don’t go there.

Well im not sure why the red haired lady was so rude .No smile just complaining under her breath .I felt like she wanted to be doing other stuff and not make me a sandwich. She really got upset when I wanted it heated The guy at register was so nice to us We sat at a table and a older lady was treated like I was .I give the guy a 5 star .But that lady gets a zero .And the sandwich didn’t taste good .It tasted like burnt rotisserie chicken with hard bread .Won’t come to this one again

12/04/21 at about 2:20pm the male server was horrible, made a sloppy mess out of 6” with over kill on the pickles, and a side of tomatoes, then didn’t even cut a 12” in half, just all around horrible at his job, and should be terminated. The store was also a mess, with slops of mixed vegetables, and Mayo all over things, The worst service ever from a subway.
