Very bad experience! I come in here a couple times a week, the past few times something’s have been forgotten on our sandwich’s or something else was added, which we are understanding people things happen it could be there First day or the are having a bad week who knows ♀️ but today we got our sandwich’s and we got all the things right but the veggies were switched around on them, we always do an online order so they probably grabbed the wrong ticket or something, this was at 10:30 on our lunch but we had to go back to work so we just called them around 1:30 when we got off of work told them our problem and they said they would grab the manager, she came on the phone saying “nothing is wrong with the sandwiches I made them my self” so we told her no it was right but the veggies were all switched around “ she said that is wrong and she was so stuck up on the phone we were trying to be nice about it, but she was just so mad, and she “doesn’t make any mistakes” Maybe she shouldn’t be so mean and rude and think about maybe she could of made a mistake, but instead said she wouldn’t remake them for us etc,etc. we were upset and told her we still have the sandwich and she just stopped talking and we were saying thank you and everything. As a manger you shouldn’t ever act like this maybe being a manger isn’t for you or working in the food industry isn’t for you. We went in 30 minutes later and the sandwiches were already made she handed them to us was so mad and slammed the other ones in the trash, left and didn’t say anything.

These Subways in town are operated and owned by a local. Support them! Awesome Sandwich in a very clean restaurant. Keep up the great work!

The two ladies working were amazing, great attitudes, lots of customers, everyone was happy, and all the veggies were full and looked like they should be in a magazine. I just moved to rice lake today and I will definitely be going to this location a lot. It’s refreshing to see employees who clearly care

Horrible store management. Ordered online with over an hour’s notice. Got there a few minutes late, hadn’t even started my order. Kid just said, “it’ll be a while” and went to help the next person in line! I asked for a refund instead because I didn’t want to wait another half hour or more. Kid couldn’t figure out how to put my refund back on my card, so he handed me $68 back in cash. Not the kid’s fault. Management should have had more people on duty, and trained proper employees. Do better, Subway management.

The boy putting the veggies on our sandwiches was trying to talk over me aggressively towards each other ask what I wanted on the 1st sandwich while I was talking to the 1st position gal about making my 2nd sandwich Then he asked us randomly. l, do you know who let the dogs out.? Why would you hire someone like that in customer service? The veggies are extremely frozen.

Stopped by during the evening. Store was completely empty aside from the 3 employees working. The young man who took our order was polite, and personable. The two young ladies working along side him could learn a thing or two from him in terms of people skills, and hospitality. The most disappointing part of our visit was that the bread for the sandwiches was incredibly dry. There’s no telling how old it was, but it most definitely should not have been served. Due to the quality, or lack thereof of our sandwiches we won’t be stopping there again.

Awesome service great food big selection can be a little pricey depending on what you get for a sub, wrap or salad and they do have the best cookies .

Food is good and the employees are nice, but this location rarely participates in coupons or deals offered by Subway.
