Rolled in at 11:00 PM on a Saturday night. A gentleman named Chuck did a great job. Clearly cared about what he was doing, and happy to accommodate my requests. He sorted through the bread and found me a fresh loaf. Chuck is a credit to the organization. The world needs more Chucks.

When I got there, the guy started to help me with my order. The younger lady was more worried about her and her boyfriend’s plans at 8pm (the guy that was helping me). She took his phone out of his pocket and was talking with her boyfriend about what she needed to text someone and was communicating with the other lady about if she could work late so they could leave since they had plans. And was keeping him side tracked instead of seeing if I had anything else to order after the sandwich, I had to say something. I asked for a wrap and the other lady that was there grabbed the flatbread and I asked if that’s what they really use for wraps and she said yes they just roll it? But didn’t make sense since the show actual wraps on the board and I have gotten wraps before. After I paid, I noticed the price of the honey mustard wrap was $11.39 on the board (if I’m remember right, I know it’s almost a dollar difference) and they charged me $12.29 for the roll up flatbread( they called it a wrap).

Don’t EVER order online from this restaurant. I swear to God 9 out of 10 times your order will be wrong. Missing items. Missing ingredients. Pay for extra but don’t get it. Ask for toasted, not toasted. It’s an absolute joke!

Whatever you do. DO NOT use the mobile app. They will mess something up 100% of the time. This is the 3rd time in a row that they messed something up. The order strictly says Italian and this is the asiago bread, and they forgot the provolone on the sub only put the parmesan cheese on. Not only that but did somebody eat my veggies on the flatbread? It’s the smallest amount ever. Never ever have been reimbursed for their mistakes and will never ever make a mobile order again.

Came in with my family and Grandparents. It was small but a nice location. It was shaped like Log cabin. And my mom enjoyed her Happy Gilmore 2 cup.

Horrible experience. Worst Subway in Northern Wisconsin! Ordered on app. Said food was ready. It was not. The workers had the printout on counter. Pickup was 5:40. Did not receive burnt subs until 6:15. Avoid this Subway!!!

Owner contacted me right away and made things right. The delivery system is still goofy, and I recommend not using it until Door Dash becomes more reliable in Hayward.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Do not order delivery! It won’t show up and they won’t refund you unless you want to jump through hoops and come into the store when a manager is working. Should be able to handle a simple refund right away over the phone. Very disappointed in the managers passing the blame.

I ordered twice through the app.
The first time, the app told me that my order was ready. When I arrived; the two workers were sitting down while my order ticket was sitting by the counter; where they started the orders so THEY DID receive it. They apologized though. But .. common… they received it, pulled the ticket and just didn’t start it.
The second time they called me that they didn’t have any meatballs (that’s fine), gave me a second option, but didn’t put what I had requested on the sandwich. They both seemed really high on both occasions.
Not worth it.
