This Subway is a Cut Above the Rest!
I honestly can’t say enough good things about this Subway location! I actually drive out of my way, passing another Subway, just to come to this one – that should tell you something right there.
What truly sets this Subway apart is the awesome staff. Every single person I’ve encountered has been friendly and efficient. More importantly, the food is always prepared perfectly. There are no sloppy sandwiches or missing ingredients here; everything is done right, every time. The ingredients are fresh, and they definitely don’t skimp on the portions – you get a really nice sandwich for your money.
The customer service is truly exceptional. There’s one lady in particular who has served me on three separate occasions, and I just adore her! She’s always so pleasant and makes the whole experience a joy.
If you’re looking for a Subway where you can count on consistently well-made sandwiches and fantastic customer service, look no further. This location is the best around, and it’s become my go-to spot. Highly recommended!

I had gone into this subway location to try and get a nice lunch, i asked to get my sub toasted and a worker named Sharell had said that i HAD to have cheese on my sub to get it toasted, she would not complete my order without the cheese after i had stated MULTIPULE times that i DID NOT WANT the cheese. She had also gave the wrong type of meat to a different customer and we both agreed that this place is not worth our time nor money.

Absolute worst customer service twice this week, the girl was working on online orders and did not even look up or acknowledge me for 15-20 minutes, I should have just left but I was getting a sub for my grandson and he was waiting for me to bring him dinner at the school. When she did finally get to me she was rude and made it very obvious she did not like her job. If they are going to do online orders they need to be staffed to help the customers that come in or instructed to acknowledge them and say I’ll be right with you!

Two times now they screwed up our order and today I ordered at 9 am to be ready at 2:30 and it said it was done so my boyfriend went to get it and they haven’t even started yet.and the lady was giving a bad attitude to my boyfriend. They need to get there things together or hire more workers boyfriend got home with my sub and my frozen footlong cookies that I have to bake myself. What a bunch of chock.

Have always liked to go to Subway. Never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh. Staff was always friendly. But the prices are so high now I will never go again. $11 for meatballs on a white bun isn’t worth it. I’ll make it myself from now on. Sadness

Would give zero stars if I could. Girl was highly irritated when we walked in and rudely said they were still open when there was still 30 minutes to close, threw my ham on my sandwich in a pile, put like two slices of cheese cause she didn’t want to refill the inventory and was just incredibly disrespectful. Also when we got there she tried to get us to leave and eat elsewhere and kept mopping for 3-5 minutes probably hoping we’d leave. Waste of money. There was also a little girl that was in line and she coughed and the girl glared at her too.

I reside in Balsam lake, Wisconsin I have online ordered from this place three times now and they can’t seem to get my order right never. I always ask for italian herbs and cheese bread but I get White bread instead they never give me enough sauce and they gave never once got my order right. I wouldn’t recommend anybody go to this location for Subway.
