Quite possibly the worst Subway location I’ve ever been to. The last 4 times in a row I have recieved the wrong sub entirely, most times with the stalest bread I have ever seen to the point it’s near unedible. Workers do not listen or even read your order, nor do they wear gloves or practice any sort of cleanliness in the workplace.

Last time I went here they has a hard time understanding me so I didn’t get things I wanted, or got things I didn’t ask for. Today was the same. Asked for chicken teriyaki (got turkey), little onion (got an entire handful) asked for teriyaki sauce( got Chipotle) asked for mayo, (got ranch). Needless to say, I wont be back to this subway.

I wish I could give a higher review! The owners of this store are incredible people and deserve so much happiness Sam and his wife are so sweet, kind and thoughtful. I actually bumped into Sam’s wife (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) across the street from subway, she could tell I was having a rough day. We walked to subway together where we continued to talk, and there I met her husband.
The next time you are in Eau Claire, or craving subway, please go here they are genuine, kind people! Also, who doesn’t love subway, they are always great. And they definitely make their sandwiches with love which makes them that much better.

VERY disgusted with the cleanliness of this particular location. At 5pm I arrived to get a footlong sub. I ordered a sub and was appalled to see bugs CRAWLING ALL OVER THE VEGGIES. They looked like gnats crawling on the cucumbers and tomatoes. When I told the lady who was making my sub she looked down at them and tried to swat them away.. She then asked me if I would like anything else on the sub, although she had already put the contaminated veggies on my sub. She did not exchange the containers, apologize, or even really acknowledge the amount of bugs digging into the veggies and the contamination that was occurring. I was absolutely disgusted and told her I did not want a sandwich anymore as I had lost my appetite. The man working with her began to help out the two men behind me as if nothing had happened. It being 5pm, I would have assumed that they would want to change out the containers immediately for the dinner rush.. I do not think I will ever trust a subway again. I alerted corporate and was sent a dismissive reply. I have not ever been one to make a review or be a Karen but this really was a terrible and gross experience.

Came in with 3 of our friends and Charlie made us feel welcome immediately! I was taking a picture of 2 of my friends and didn’t realize he was in the background and he posed, a really nice gentleman and food to match his wonderful personality! Couldn’t recommend this location more!

Charlie is one of the coolest people, i would nominate him for man of the year. He also knows the best way to make a sub, it’s like he’s also making a work of art at the same time. Food was so fire that i felt afraid of my friend’s house bursting into flames, but i would trust him to save me from that fire because he’s a hero of the people.
