The guy who made my sub tonight deserves a raise. He was the coolest, most outgoing person I’ve ever met working at a subway, or any fast food joint honestly. My sub was made perfect and he made my night by helping me out. 100/10 service.

I wasn’t a fan of the counter person but… the sandwich was really good. I got the monster. Garlic aoli, pepper ranch, spinach tomato red onion and whatever meat goes on, bacon!! It was fabulous.

Their subs are good, but if you want cookies you’re gonna have to go somewhere else and get them. They never have any at 4:30 in the afternoon the afternoon and haven’t for over 6 months. When we asked them why they said our bosses told us not to make extra after a certain time…

Visited this location on Sunday 8/09/20 during a statewide mask mandate with the expectation that employees would be wearing masks. All customers present at this location were wearing masks. The only person not wearing a mask was the employee making our food.

Would not recommend this location. I placed an online order and called to confirm the pick-up time when I was told they never received my order. I verified address, phone number, and even offered to provide an order number and was told “sadly, there was nothing they could do.” I asked to speak to a manager, was told no. I asked how I get refunded and they said I’d have to call corporate. I was going to count my losses at this point but 20 minutes later, I got a call back saying they actually had my order and then guy I spoke with tried to blame me for how their “system works”. I didn’t receive an apology. I let them make the order and I didn’t bother to pick it up or ask for a refund. They called 10 mins before close to see if I was going to pick up the order and I told them they can just throw it away (assuming they probably spit in my food anyway). Be better ‘Subway on Hendrickson’.
