Despite one of the guys seemingly being new (I may be wrong), he did very good with making my sandwich with the help of another, and they didn’t mess up a thing, nor did they judge on my choice.
They were very polite and made the job very quickly! The atmosphere was nice and not crowded at all.

Horrible treatment, the staff that works there discriminates against you for being Latino, they pretend they don’t understand your English, and they make you repeat the same thing 3 times, it was a not-so-thin boy with medium curly hair and a blonde who was missing a couple of teeth, I’m not laughing at your teeth but you are laughing at my cheese that I put on the bread with tuna?? Shame on you, I’m not coming back.

2/22/19 around 1035am watched a inspection person lick her fingers non-stop looking at papers talking to the manager. While he was making my sandwich she kept touching the food board that they slide the sandwich’s down. I called her over to the drive-window and explained what I saw and and who she was!! WOW, the inspector to make sure the workers and doing their jobs right and she can’t even keep her fingers out of her mouth and touching where the food is!!!!! TERRIBLE!!! Also she was not happy that called her out on it!!!! Wish there was 0 stars, don’t even deserve a 1 star!!! West Salam WI subway in Town!!! Will NOT eat at subway ever again!! Said they made a new sandwich and they didn’t!! Even in the drive-window we customers can still see just so you know!! No other customers while I was there so he made my sandwich on the main food line vs in the back where they normally make them for the drive-window. Saw everything! YUCK!!!

Please train your staff. I got 4 pieces of bacon on a footlong BLT. When I mentioned it’s usually 8, he wanted to charge me double… why is he not making the sandwich correctly and I was charged the regular price.
