Usually when I go to Subway the food, service and atmosphere are always spot on. However this time I went in and the person behind the counter was throwing garbage around and you could obviously tell he was disturbed about something. I felt very uneasy and unwelcomed. It was also very messy.

Good food, horrible service. The employee working tonight was very hostile toward my husband, and had a horrible attitude. He obviously had no desire to be working, and threw a tantrum when my husband and other customers walked in. Very unprofessional, even for a fast food worker. Horrible experience overall

The food here is always amazing and well put together, but the service can heavily very due to new people working there all the time. So you can (once in a blue moon) get a sour worker that can be touchy every time you go in, and they are there. But overall, great little sub shop!

The kids working today were overwhelmed. Two of them were not enough to meet the order demand. I commend them for keeping their cool – they were definitely frustrated. One needed to jump between making sandwiches, the register, and refilling empty toppings/condiments – that significantly slowed down the process. Our sandwiches were toasted but by the time I walked out with them they had been lying on the assembly line for a while and weren’t warm anymore. I was glad to see they didn’t cut corners on hygiene practices, though. They were working as quickly as they could but another staff was absolutely needed.

Went to the Viroqua Subway.. only one girl working cause she said someone called in. She was a rock star!! She made the order ahead of mine(3 subs), mine(3 subs), and an order behind mine(4 subs) all with a smile and a positive attitude!! She had amazing customer service skills. She was friendly and never showed any type of frustration. The subs were great and she was an amazing employee.
