I went into subway to order 4 sandwiches little did I know the cashier behind the counter wouldn’t acknowledge me for 20 minutes and on top of that he was working on 3 online orders and then he acted like he was going to help me then told me sorry our computers are down and no. It would’ve been nice to know that at the beginning. The worst subway experience I’ve had by far.

The young lady that was working the day we went was amazing! She nailed our subs!! It’s been a long time since we had subway cause the sandwiches sucked(in Whitehall) not in Arcadia. This is what I ordered: foot long on white bread with double meat(ham) and cheese, Lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mustard. My wife had a 6″ white bread BLT. Even she was amazed how a simple sub could have such balanced flavors. We highly recommend this location…

The care that Caesar took while preparing my sandwich is unrivaled. He is a master of his craft and had to deal with so many drunks the day I came in. He is a king who I will definitely be seeing again. Subway, do yourself a favor and sign him onto a 5 year 10 million dollar contract. It’ll be worth it.

VERY slow. Staff is very lazy and unmotivated, even during a lunch rush. You can expect to spend at least 10 minutes waiting for them to wash their hands and make your sub, even if you’re the only customer. Even the manager seems unmotivated. Absolutely ridiculous. Would not recommend this subway to anyone. Save time and just go to a different subway.

It isn’t the place, it is the sandwich maker. I love going and getting a sub over at subway, but unfortunately it is almost ALWAYS a disappointment when I walk out the door. I understand being in a rush and being quite busy, I get that way myself at work, but we are there for the sub and are going to be there regardless no matter how fast you go. So instead of rushing and throwing my sub together like no tomorrow, why don’t you take the time and actually make it look good and not a complete mess. There is nothing more frustrating then watching someone make a sub in such a hurry hardly anything makes it on the sub itself. TAKE YOUR TIME!!!

Good food usually…very basic customer service skills….sandwich is almost always a mess and when I order online for my lunch break it’s wrong every time. 95% of the sandwiches yall serve are cold so don’t toast/cook my sandwiches or the meat when I order a cold sandwich. If you don’t offer that option on your website you should warn customers hot sandwich thats supposed to be cold? In the trash.

My sub would of been ok if the steak on my steak and cheese would of been warmed up like the normally do before the put it on the cheese….ice cold, but being that I ordered online, I wasn’t there to remind him while he was making it!

Staff is very friendly, they treat their customer well! Subs are delicious and cookies are too. Try the pizza here sometime!
