Did an online order. Everything was right on the receipt but my food was not correct. I had a 12-in ham sub with American cheese and pickles got provolone and we ordered a pizza for the kid and we wanted pepperoni on it. Had to pay an extra dollar for the pepperoni and we didn’t even get pepperoni. I tried to call them because my husband picked it up and nobody is answering the phone and can’t even leave a message. Hopefully they correct this. I even have a video of the pizza having no pepperoni.

Why is it that when I go to a “sandwich shop” to order a sandwich that they don’t have bread? What else can you make a sandwich with? One week, the toaster is down. Next week, they’re out of most vegetables and half of the available meats. After that?
“We’re out of bread.” Again??? You’d think they’d figure it out the first couple of times that they need to be prepping more bread…
I typically don’t even leave reviews, but this is getting frustrating. This is one of the only places in town to get food. Every single time I go in, something is wrong with the place. It’s one thing to raise the prices, but to not have anything you say you offer on a regular basis is insanity. It never used to be like this. Customer service can’t fix everything. The employees are great, but they’re barely getting by. Running out of bread and ingredients weekly can’t be easy to deal with. This is a prime example of bad management…

Nice to have a Subway in Crandon. The place can sometimes be busy and crowded. Employees almost never wear masks, customers hardly ever, and it is difficult to socially distance during peak hours. If you are cautious of Covid, best to avoid during lunch and dinner time. Otherwise this Subway is clean, and well maintained.

This place is an absolute joke. Will never go back. Last month they were out of lettuce. Went back the next – couldn’t serve us as oven was down or some lame excuse and couldn’t serve us the bread that were in the trays. Went yesterday 4/3/25 @ 6:05 p.m. Could see employees in there and yet doors locked. Word gets around in a small town – sorry, but if this place closes it will be no loss or they need owners and/or management

“Out of bread” seems to be the theme lately with this subway location. I don’t blame the staff; they are doing their best. However, if they are out of bread and you ask for a refund, why can’t you get a refund? I have been waiting for over a month now for a refund for over $30. I was told that I had to rectify the situation by going to the subway website and contact them about it. I have now contacted them twice on Subway.com and NOTHING yet. Shouldn’t it be the manager’s job to process refunds or at the very least, offer a gift card? I have ordered from this subway for years but unless I go in and order, I definitely won’t be using online ordering any longer.

Since the new change in ownership, this location has gone downhill in my opinion. They usually run out of food items. Their lettuce is brown. And they make short cuts. I wasn’t going to write a review about it until today. Today I got a to-go order of 2 pepperoni dippers and 2 chicken dippers. Upon receiving my pick up, I notice there weren’t enough items in my bag so I checked it in my car before leaving. I had 1 order of pepperoni dippers that were cut in half, and 1 order of chicken dippers that were also cut in half, but I was missing a half, there were only 3 pieces! And the dippers were flat, like a flatbread sub.
I am appreciative that upon going back in to complain, they re made my order immediately even though they were very busy. It shouldn’t have gotten to that point though . You should take care and pride of your to-go orders, just as you do your in house orders.

They took $15 then refused to give me a refund when I placed my mobile order then proceeded to tell me “we have no bread” didn’t ask if I wanted a different bread so I assumed they had none at all. And if they have no bread why not close the store? Never spending money here again.
