Literal mold on my sandwich. Employee tried to tell me it was “from the bread tray” either way DIRTY store, do not eat here. Only refunded the cost of 1 sandwich when we had 2 and my daughter already ate hers. Hope she doesn’t get sick!

Really badly assembled sandwiches. Probably just going anywhere else for our lunch breaks from now on. Not super impressed with the $10 foot long. Gave up eating the other half and that half was way worse. Thanks for the triple turkey I guess? I didn’t ask for that and that’s probably why putting this together was obviously difficult. (Edit: it’s been a year and I still won’t go back. The memory haunts me.)

Wow the most expensive subs ever. 2 footloose 30 dollars. I was going to get 3 subs with a coupon but wouldn’t take subway coupons. So just 2 was 30 bucks.

Nice employees! Poorly trained management. Low expectations of food quality. Sandwich Artists didn’t know how to properly build a sandwich, nor did they know how to properly use the toaster oven. Talked to manager, and just got a lot of excuses, and she was pretty rude. Wasnt able to post a new review, but went back to ask if they needed help, and the questionable appearing staff looked at me like I grew a third. It’s too bad the owner doesn’t know how bad the service is there.

Ordered a sandwich through DoorDash and they got my order wrong. The first time I was trying to be nice and understanding, though the person I called started with an attitude until she figured out she was indeed wrong in putting steak on a sandwich that has chicken on the name of it. Then when I got the order the second time, yes it had chicken, but all the toppings were wrong. Thanks for the free cookies, but come on? Two times? I hate leaving a bad review but I did try to let them correct what went wrong.

Been eating Subway for almost 30 years now. This is the last time All their sandwiches taste the same, bad. Flat bread was awful! Only choked down 1/2 of a 6 inch and pitched the rest.

I am so disappointed with my service today. The lady making the sandwiches was nice, quiet but nice. The one putting the veggies inattentive. She shook the parmesan cheese so hard it was going on more then one sandwich, she whipped the mayonnaise so fast it went on the counter, she took a phone call in the middle of us paying that she walked away for, while our stuff was still sitting on the counter. My husband put the sandwiches on the bag while she was gone. All of this while there were three people were standing by the register waiting, and being ignored, for online orders that were just then being made … And to top it off my chicken was still cold, and the cookies were hard … Not pleased about any of it today!

The 2 male employees working at 330pm today refused to take the coupons I received in the mail. They told me that it was at the owners discretion being a privately owned subway and they did not have to take my coupons. When I asked for the corporate or owner contact information and the names of the two individuals they refused to provide me with any information. They were both rather rude and unprofessional. I purchased nothing and left with my children.

Woman behind the counter was very rude and short with us the entire time taking our order. We came in at 8:30 and they dont close till 9, she was rushing us and throwing ingredients around when making our subs. When subs were done and being wrapped she flattened them excessively. When just going to get a meal after a long day that’s not how we expect to be treated by a worker. Also very disappointed subway never bothered to respond to our email or our review.
