The new menu sucks as far as pricing. Be sure to order a build your own if you want anything outside of what’s clearly stated as toppings on the menu. So basically, build your own as it’s been for decades. No idea what they’re getting at with this menu change.

My hero sub was great. However when I walked in I noticed the display case windows a complete mess. Turns out some posters were removed and the streaks of sticky film was left behind. Clean up those windows and keep display signs off. I want to be able to see what I’m ordering. Also employee work station trash cans were overflowing with debris. Clean up your act please.

This was the most depressing Subway I’ve ever eaten in. The entrance is around the side of the parking lot, there is hardly any staff, and the first thing a customer sees is a lot of signage saying what they don’t have. A limited choice of beverages and chips. The sandwiches were good.

The food was great, especially the attached pizza shop. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. An older employee rudely ordered us around the restaurant, making us feel unwelcome and rushed to leave.

The food was great, how ever the shift lead was unprofessional and rude. She complained we took to long to order, complained about my child not saying outloud to her what she wanted even after being told she had selective mutism, and when confronted on how she was treating us she didn’t deny her behavior and agreed she didn’t like us. We ended up leaving with what was made and going else where for the rest of the kids meals. Very unprofessional for being a lead and an example of the ones working under you.
