First of all, there was only two good things; the one girl behind the counter who didn’t even do our subs, and the subs in general.

I can’t say much about the restaurants cleanliness itself because that was okay. However, the other lady behind the counter was just awful with customer service. I couldn’t tell if she was a shift lead or manager, but either way she was extremely rude. I was trying my best to keep my inside thoughts, inside thoughts. Not only was she rude to me, but she was rude to the other girl helping the gentleman in front of me. She stopped my sub to make a phone call with another customer (not the point.) and the other girl was bouncing back and forth being very sweet. The other lady comes back to finish my subs, she said “What do you want on it?” In a pretty snobby voice. I started listing the ingredients I wanted, and she was extremely unamused and would reply with “Uh huh” several times as if doing her job was the worst thing in the world. Now, as a former sub worker myself, I understand it’s not the most fun job, however it’s not difficult to put a few things on a sub and be a pleasant person. She acted like I was listing the items too slowly, so I picked up the pace only for her to rudely interrupt me and say “Hold on!” Or “Slow down!” Instead of just having me repeat it. In the middle of this, the other girl went to answer the phone with another customer that was on the line earlier. When she was finished, she said to the lady doing my sub that she was unaware that this would be a customer looking to do a refund or something like that. How do you fail to let your coworkers know that there would be a phone call like that? At the end the only time she acted decent (halfway) was when I was paying. I’m a little slow with the keypad and she rudely says “You can keep swiping your card but I’m not even done with the transaction yet.” While rolling her eyes.

Anyway, I think that customer service could be retrained at this specific location. Because I’ve heard this was not the only time she’s acted like this. Sorry for the long winded review.

Horrific service. Adding things to sandwiches that weren’t asked for. To confuse “garlic-Aoli” with “Mayonaise” is mind boggling.

** now I get a mistaken grab of an improper bottle is feasible, yet to add the Garlic Aoli, then to proceed to add mayonnaise upon her own is the issue. Then proceed to look at me like I’m the wrong one. Not a Apology. Not a “oh my fault. ” just dumfounded lost face. More of a get it “her way.” Not your own way.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Tomahawk’s Subway. After my recent medical diagnosis, there aren’t many things I can eat without getting sick, so I find myself at Subway a lot. The staff is always so good to me, and they see me often! I choose Subway A LOT because it’s always good, always made right, and the staff is always friendly. It’s the little things, like a smile, that can truly make someone’s day. Thank you, Subway staff, for tolerating me day after day and making my visits so pleasant!

I usually do not take the time to leave reviews but the service has been terrible the last 3 times me and my wife were here. unfriendly staff, incorrect order both times we ordered online and very slow service when they are remaking our order.

I went in to order a couple of subs and I did not appreciate the comments that were thrown at me by a young man that was working at the counter that helped me. I’ve only been in this one twice and I will not be back. And maybe he needs to keep his comments to himself or he’s gonna start losing more people For your business. I was there today at 2 PM ,July 1st.

Generally a good experience here, but this particular time, last Wednesday evening, the gentleman who was working took at least 5 minutes to put gloves on. The lady working with him started our order because he was taking so long. Another person came in and when he asked what the new signature subs included, neither person knew what they were or what was included.
Took longer than usual to get our subs, I hope I don’t encounter the male employee again… I’d probably just leave.

We just went to Subway here in Tomahawk and ordered subs. Very impressed with new staff and manager. The place is clean and neat, cookies are filled, and soda fridge was full. Awesome service, smiles on all their faces! We never get cookies but with it being full, they all looked so good, so we got cookies too! New staff is “rocking’ it!” Lori & Craig

This is solely for the guy working tonight at 7pm. Full line he was flying around making subs by himself being polite apologizing for being super busy and remained polite. Been coming to this place for years first time I’ve been impressed enough to leave a review. Man deserves a raise!!!

Food is normally good at Subway but again a person that works there only put sauce on the outside of the sandwich so the sandwiches were a complete mess, she has done this previously, the bread is tough and chewy and hard to chew it wasn’t soft plus there was flies flying all over the bread that was sitting out
