Spooky House
Robert was my worker. I placed an online order, and came inside to get it. Robert was standing in the lobby talking to someone, and I had to wait and interrupt him to tell him I had an order. He was immediately snippy and rude, and told me “I never got an order”, so I showed him the confirmation on my phone for the correct location, with the order details, and confirmation of payment and where it said the order was ready. Robert said “I never got anything so theres no order” even with proof of the order. So now I’m out $10 for a sub, and he didn’t want to do anything to fix it.

I am currently at the drive-thru window. I have been waiting for a cold cut combo for more than ten minutes. About ten minutes ago a girl, an employee with a backpack opened the window and said “sorry” and closed the window. I am only still sitting here because I am curious and I would never waste a sandwich.
Okay, Chelsea the assistant manager came to the window with a price. No apologies, no discounts, nothing – just blurted a out a price. I asked her “what the fifteen minute wait was all about.” She said that it wasn’t her fault that there was ONE customer ahead of me – very defensive. I asked her to tone it down with us and she finally apologized – she should have led with that. I am puzzled how an assistant manager can’t offer discounts or speak professionally. I wouldn’t have ever posted this if she would have just led with an apology and an explanation – fake smile even. There is a Subway at Wal-Mart up the road. Go there.

Didn’t receive the sandwich with all the condiments that I asked for and only got bread and meat. Service was nice and quick but I didn’t get what I ordered so basically got my money stolen from me. I’ll order again but no more tips and I will have to check and verify every order.

We had great service last night from 3 high school kids. Samantha,Amanda and Nathan! Made the food wonderful, and made the ending to the night for my family just pleasant! It was also Very clean and tidy! You could see they really took pride in there jobs!

The staff is always very friendly. We are frequenters here as we just love subway. I love that it doesn’t always just feel like another transaction because the staff are so nice. The facility is also very clean which is a major plus!

Subway in Stratford is nothing shy of incredible! The 2 ladies working at the time treated my daughter with such respect, and dignity. When she asked for extra they just piled it on, and even offered more if she so desired. My sub was piled high with every veggie available! If you know subways it’s hit or miss weather they will load your sub or not… This store definitely tries they’re absolute best to keep customers happy, and returning. I’d drive 100 miles past a dozen subways just to come to this one my daughter is already asking to go back!
