Poor customer service. Was given incorrect information on use of a coupon, then when unable to honor said coupon at payment, all staff could muster was a “Sorry about that.” No attempt to take responsibility and make it right. Advice to management: Train your staff better to remedy their mistakes. This should not become the customers burden.

Went to the store to get a few cookies the employee I didn’t catch her name but she had a partially shaved head was making rude comments towards me at one point she asked me when I had gotten my nose pierced with the hoop and then told me I should return it upon my reply. She was then going on a bunch of tangents about someone missing their shift or something. Extremely poor customer service and disgusting behavior.

The service here is amazing. They made my sub the way I wanted it. With the right amount of vegetables and the meat that I was looking for. The customer service here is great.

The lady who helped us was wonderful! We grabbed a breakfast steak and cheese flatbread sandwich. The sandwich was as expected, but the lady behind the counter was so fantastically positive! Great way to start the day!

Lost all my $2 sub rewards two days before they expired. 7 out of 9 at $2 a piece, called them on it, thats a lot of subs bought to earn that many credits. They said they couldn’t do anything about it, and said they were sorry for the loss.

Worst service ever!rude staff.Should teach them how to treat customer better.I mean why work on a place like that if you dont know how to be nice to customer.They are whispering right infront of me and my kids and throwing the food when putting it back.Even slamming the bread on the table and rolling their eyes while taking my order.Worst worst worst staff i ever encounter on a subway store ever!
