I was really happy to be greeted by an enthusiastic employee. They were working on my order by the time I even walked up to the counter. It was great to have employees treat customers like they matter. It makes a world of difference, the smiles were a plus as well. She gave me a great recommendation that I found to be much more satisfying than I expected. The store was clean and orderly and both employees seemed to care a great deal for the position they were in. I wish every fast food experience shared this level of posative influence in my days. This location is doing a spectacular job.

I haven’t been to a Subway in a while, and it was my first time at this establishment. We were really hungry, but were looking for something lighter on the stomach. This Subway has a great selection of sandwich options. I enjoyed the new menu items since I love pretzels. We visited during the busy lunch hour, and the establishment was bright, clean, tidy, organized, labeled, and smelled delicious. I used the restroom and liked the nice bright green Cintas implements. I wasn’t sure when to order my foot long pretzel and ordered it at the end during checkout. I figured I would need to wait while they heated it but the employees still apologized for the wait and even rewarded us with some cookies. They quickly and easily filled everyone’s order and it seemed like many groups of people were staying for lunch. This was a nice Subway and I’m proud my town has this food option close to my home. I liked the menu choices and the service, atmosphere and hard work of manager and employees.

I order using the app and never have any issue with this location. I walk in and go to the online order rack and I am out in less than a minute. The food is correct per the order. The only downside is if I want it warm because when I get the order it might have been finished well before I arrive. Never had an incorrect order from this location. I even get a follow up email and usually a free item offer. Highly recommend.

My foot long flat bread was rounded the 6 inch way, not the 12 inch way, so when cut in half it was 3 inches each half, only two tomatoes fit. The flat bread was made in improperly.

My husband and I went out for lunch and dinner to take home. The subs were good, but it is one of sandwich makers she was rude. I have grown up in the restaurant business my grandfather said keep a smile on your face and your customers will be back even the bad customers will come back.

Service with a smile! Young lady gave my daughter a kids meal toy when we didn’t get the kids meal because the kids meal size sub wasn’t going to cut it for her this time.. She was Hungry.. Still got a toy though! Out of her way, along with service with a smile ☺
