Wow, whoever was taking drive thru orders at 11:40am on Sunday January 4th should absolutely not have a job. She was beyond rude and it was as if the whole conversation of taking our order was a huge inconvenience for her (we had one sandwich). My husband was so angry he almost just told her to forget it and we would go somewhere else.

Who’s in charge. 3 kids behind the counter on there phones. I stood at the counter for a good 3 minutes before anyone realized I was there. I was on my lunch break from work. Only get so many minutes so, every minute counts. I wonder if they were texting each other…. Once they realized I was there, they had me taken care of. Door bell needed.

Don’t order your food for a future time… I ordered on the app for 2pm ended up getting there 10 mins early fully prepared to wait. My food was already made at 1:50 I asked the guy your telling me me if I didn’t show up till 2 my food would have just sat for 10 mins he said yep and walked away… Who knows how long your food has been sitting there for before you get there at your scheduled time. The thing is they were not even busy so why was it made so early?

Ordered a Subway Melt($14), even listed the exact ingredients for the sandwich (ham, turkey, bacon and swiss) and they swapped the bacon for roast beef.. Every ingredient was just a thick slab of meat slapped on the same part of the sandwich, not pulled apart or anything. The meat also tasted very old.. Had it toasted, but everything was still refrigerator cold, not even the cheese melted. Retraining may be needed.

Nice clean restaurant. But new practice by management reduces cheese to 1/2 condiment cup cheese per sandwich = less than. .2 ounce cheese serving! Ridiculous for us Wisconsin cheese lovers in this dairy state. Shame on you Subway. See tiny cup in attached pictures.

Not the friendliest but definitely fast. Food was great. Certainly have raised their prices, but who hasn’t these days?! And to the managers, you might want to teach your register kid how to count back money.

Just very disappointed with this place lately, online services don’t work properly half the time, and if you like black olives on your sub, don’t even waste your time going here. They have been out of stock of over a month!
