Ordered ahead (cold cut combo on Italian, bag of chips and fountain drink) along with paying an extra dollar for the happy Gilmore cup. Bread was super hard, there is NOT a fountain drink dispenser. Asked if I can get a refund since I purchased the MEAL since they can’t provide it. Was told no. Contacted customer service for a full refund since the whole meal was trash and half the meal could not even be fulfilled. No one contacted me back and then got an email saying the “case was closed” which it was not.

We walked in at noon on a Saturday and the worker with short blonde hair was sitting in a booth on her phone and seemed very inconvenienced to do her job. My husband had to tell her what was on one of their speciality sandwiches. I also told her a little bit of mayo on mine and it’s completely smothered in mayo. Cookies are burnt and overdone.Their drink machine has been broken every time we’ve been there. Would not go back to this subway again!

Why they chose to only have one worker during the lunch rush is beyond me. The worker was awesome, and rushed the whole time, but management failed him. I walked out because it took 8 minutes for me to be second in line. Pay a bit more, get more employees, so you don’t have sales walking out the door.

Staff was friendly and made our subs quickly and just the way we wanted. Soda machine was out of order but it wasn’t a big deal to just buy a soda from the gas station.

Do not order from here!! Ordered online and picked up 2 subs. The subs weren’t ready when they said they would be. Got the sandwiches home- one is COVERED in ranch dressing and was ripped up and falling apart. The 2nd sandwich is burned to a crisp, has no cheese, doesn’t have the veggies I ordered, and has almost no meat on it. I called to ask about it and the employee slammed the phone down on me. Super customer service.

Absolutely floored. I ordered a catering pickup for a work event. It was ready on time, however when i brought it back I discovered only half my order was in the bag. When i called, the girl was very unhelpful, seemed annoyed and acted as if i was inconveniencing her. There was no other half of the order waiting, it was never made. She right away blamed the manager and said she didn’t have time to remake it. She offered to call the manager to see about coming back to finish the order. I asked for a call back from the manager and nothing. I had to call again for an update on what was happening…. The order ended up being finished but still no call from manager. Went to pick order up (an hour and a half after scheduled completion) and the store was locked up (at 1:00 in the afternoon on a Friday) the girl was standing behind the counter ignoring the beating on the door. Finally came over and realized it was me, walked over, handed me the order, turned around and walked into the back. No apology or offer to rectify the situation, NOTHING! An email to corporate did nothing but give me an automated response from the regional manager. An Almost $300.00 order and they tried to stiff me on half my order. Absolutely horrible…
