If I could give them a half a star I would. So dissatisfied and disappointed with this subway, especially when I order from them on eat street ….. Got a FOOT LONG chicken teriyaki with onions, green, peppers, black olives, tomato and lettuce tonight. And I got 3 onion slivers , maybe 2 or 3 green peppers, like 5 black olives and like a very very light sprinkle of lettuce. But got 6 tomato slices. It tasted so off and nasty from all the tomato that I literally just threw it away after three bites. This is probably the 4th time now that this subway as ruined a sub for me. Thanks for messing up my dinner. I appreciate it.

This is the second time I’ve had an issue with this place. Placed an order online, it took the money from my account and they never received the order. Got no compensation. Subway is expensive in general, they told me I’d have to pay again to receive the sandwiches. Even with physical evidence it was received and came out of my account. Will not be going back

I’ve grabbed lunch to go many times from here over the last several months, and the experience and quality is consistent and good. Staff are friendly, quick, and capable of delivering a good meal. Mondays you get a free cookie with your sandwich purchase, which is a nice little perk.

They always listen and build my subs or salads exactly how i make/ want them. There never skimpy on anything when i suggest piling on toppings. Especially when i get creative and more than a few sandwich artists have told me they’re going to try one just how i made it.. smiles and good service. No matter which one i stop at.

I’ve tried numerous times to order online to get promos, such as the current buy 2 foot long subs, get one free. The site/app always glitch out and say “there was a problem with your order” or “item not available at this location”. When I mentioned this to the staff inside they completely ignored me and didn’t even respond. What a scam. Don’t waste your money. The 3 staff members also didn’t change their gloves between orders and touching other things in the restaurant, including cash. Covid or not that is unsanitary. This place is a joke.

Fast and tasty subs. They have it where you can order your food on their app and it will be ready when you get there but you cannot use coupons. But it’s great for those days when you are on the go. Also it’s very clean everytime I go in there. Also great customer service, pleasant and patient.
