I am amending my rating from several months ago as this place has gotten far worse. First of all, there was only one staff serving customers. The wait time was excessive as customers were backed up. Secondly, they were out of 3 items on my order of the Black Forest ham, egg, and cheese. They were out of whole wheat flatbread, they only had egg white, and there was no creamer for the coffee. So unless you want to torture yourself with this ridiculously subpar restaurant, GO ELSEWHERE!
Here is my previous review: This is the only other food option in Keshena other than the casino. Typical Subway restaurant. You have to watch the attendant carefully when they make your food order. I ordered the Black Forest ham, egg, and cheese. She forgot the egg – one of the most important parts of any breakfast item. I reminded her that she left the egg out and she said that I didn’t ask for it. The egg is part of the name of the sandwich (Black Forest ham, egg, and cheese) and you shouldn’t have to ask for it.

The 2 guys are excellent best customer service ever. But I had a girl tonight while making my sub she wiped her nose with her hand never changed her glove and continued to make my sandwich, which I ended up not eating. 10$ on sandwich I didn’t eat..

Some glaring issues with the app, connectivity and communication of preferences via the app.
When ordering in-store, they meet all of my requests for toasting the bread plain, cut into 3 pieces and even throwing some eggs on at the last minute – with a smile 🙂
However, ordering via the app leaves much to be desired. The food quality has been inconsistent. I will say, the manager reached out to me regarding my concerns and did say that he would follow-up with the staff.

Subs were good, but one of the two workers that waited on me lacked customer service. Not to mention seemed to get upset with me with my order choices. I didn’t order anything complicated other then a cold cut, toasted steak an cheese an cheese pizza very clean also

It used to be my favorite subway until the newer workers started working there. She didn’t change her gloves after she handed out the change of the person before me. I had to ask her to change her gloves. The wait time was longer than usual. They need to start having more than one person working. Especially during the busy hours. Other than that, it’s pretty good. Definitely the cleanest subway I’ve went to.

The young ladies working was very pleasant and they sure did know how to make a sandwich. The restaurant was nice and clean very very neat. The ladies working was meat and clean. I strongly recommend this Subway….
