The food and service were good. Unfortunately, there was a group of Walmart employees being obnoxiously loud. I could barely hear the employee, and from the looks of it they hadn’t even ordered any Subway. I would prefer to eat my sub in peace, I don’t think I will be back.

Tha Subway is Walmart in Lawrence WI went above expectations. I ordered myself from this store by mistake, I meant to order in Allouez. The manager did a one time refund.

My brother and I went here for dinner and let me tell you we were VERY pleased with the store. Braylen made our food, and he was amazing! When we had questions, he answered them for us. This kid definitely needs a raise!

One employee was terribly rude, not only to us as a customer but also to her coworker.
Not only that but I asked for mustard on my sandwich at least 4 times and she didn’t put any. She was too busy yelling at the cashier for ringing up our order before finding out that I wanted avocado which is an extra charge.
When she was cutting my husband’s sandwich in half, the knife caught on bacon and pulled all the fillings out into the floor. Instead of asking him what he had in it she just tried to shove the bacon back in and out a couple items on it and close it up.
Prior to her even helping us she was just standing in the back staring and doing nothing.

I have to say this location has really stepped it up. I am not a huge fan of subway but was impressed by the ladies working there. This is the first time in two years to see how fresh the veggies are! The work station clean and full with great customer service. Make sure you thank them for such great work and caring.

Went in to buy a couple sandwiches for my son and his friend…lady behind the counter asks me if I wanted anything for myself and I yes I’d like a broccoli soup. Got to the checkout asked for the cookies and slushies and paid for everything. I noticed I didnt get a soup right away and the same exact lady that asked me if I wanted anything said I didnt ask for a soup. Already a bit irritated but keeping my composure I ask if I can add a soup and pay for it. Another lady behind the counter says let me see if we have enough and litterally starts pouring like the very last of probably yesterdays left over soup…not even half container full and was gonna sell it to me. I told her I didnt want it if its the only soup they had and as we walked out there was some mumbling going on. Worst service ever!!!!

Horrible service, extremely rude, had brown stains all over the wrapper and when I tried to return it I was yelled at, my sandwich was literally THROWN into the trash and when she remade the sandwich she threw it at me on the counter . Told me nothing was wrong with it. Yelled at me across the restaurant.

So I guess there’s a rule that you have to order pretzels and soup while they’re making your sub not afterwards….okay where was the other person? In the back, so there was two of them. She could’ve came out and helped too. Plus the way she said it sounded like it was a total inconvenience. How rude. I won’t be going here no more.

Honestly the only subway I enjoy. Everything tastes really good, and David has always offered great customer service. The only thing I don’t like is it can close early. Other than that a great place.
