I had been going to this Subway location for years without issue. I recently got the Subway app and ordered with it. When I got home with the sandwich it was obvious to my wife and I there was a substantially less tuna from how it is normally applied. I called to complain, but my complaint was dismissed. I would be cautious making online orders with this location. Maybe the app is intended to allow for less ingredients to be added?

Ordered online and my food came out fast despite them being busy, they are well staffed. Food was fresh.

I don’t like how the bread has changed and how the prices have skyrocketed. I miss the honey wheat bread. It was my favorite. I wish their corporate office would lower prices and bring back the original breads.

I have NEVER been more disappointed in a subway location. I did an online order for the Packer game today and they absolutely screwed it. Put onions on my sub when I never asked for them (I HATE onions.) Also put mayo on my sub when I asked for Chipotle sauce, and I hate mayo. So essentially I paid $12 for a sandwich I don’t find edible. I would need two free footlongs to step foot in that location again, even though they would probably mess those up too.

Service was rushed, as if host was being bothered or interrupted (I was only customer in line) and as you can see in my picture, my wrap was cut, when I specified not to. It wasn’t even cut in half, it was cut into thirds, with one “half” half the size of the other “half”. I will have to be much more forward with intentions in the future at this particular location.

Despite closing in half an hour, the gentleman working this evening was friendly and happily ready to throw my sandwich together. This location’s staff is always incredibly welcoming and deliver great food every time.

Back on 2/3/25, my family did a online order for take out/pickup. After getting home and starting to eat (10min drive) we found that all (3)three of our subs had mistakes. The toppings of one was on the other and vise versa. After several calls on that day I was told I could come back and return the subs for new ones, we were hungry and all but finished eating by the time I got through to some one. I asked to talk with a manager but was told several times that they didn’t have one there that night and that I would get a call back. In addition, I didn’t want to drive there to pick up food that we were all to hungry to wait to eat the rest of it. I was told that a manager would call me back the next day… no such call ever happened. I called back on 2/4/25 and was told a manager was not there again.
After several attempts to let Subway make this right, this a has been a horrible experience and we will look to eat else were, All I was looking for was a partial refund or coupon for future order to make this right and literally got the cold shoulder. Rather said since we spent $20 on 3 subs that were all incorrect.

Service and staff were great. Above average for a Subway certainly. Appreciated them. Besides that, Subway is way to expensive now for the quality of food you get. You have forgotten your place subway. Staff again was great so this is not on them one bit, but I am probably done with Subway overall. Better options at the price.

Tried the foot long dippers, chicken and pepperoni, yes they’re only 3 bucks, but, hardly and chicken tid bits in it, they cut them in half so you end up with double the amount in 6 inch pieces, that was nice. There were 2 guys working, one was super friendly that made the food, the other one just checked us out at the end. I guess you get what you pay for. Next time I’ll go for the foot long sandwiches. There’s great!
