I love the River Falls Subway! The staff are always so kind and the food is always delicious. Louie is there everyday when I go in and I always have good conversations with that guy. This location does a top-notch job and I love calling them my go-to spot for lunch break!

I placed a takeout order through the app tonight, and the experience was very disappointing. I ordered two sandwiches, both of which had barely any filling. When I arrived, the store was empty, yet my order hadn’t even been prepared. On top of that, the bread was burnt and my sides were missing. I didn’t realize this until I got home, so I called the store but the employee couldn’t issue a refund and made me drive back to pick up the missing items, without even offering an apology. I definitely wouldn’t recommend getting subs from this location.

This was the 6″ chicken bacon ranch sandwich I received for over $9. Employees were rude. Manager said she’d be sending me coupons to make it right; still waiting on those (7 months now).

The store had a clearly displayed sign indicating sandwich deals. The employees would not honor the price, and claimed ignorance at working the register. I’m sure they would have been pissed off if it was their money.

The smaller subway in River Falls Main St.
The makers of the sandwich were fine and the sandwich was subway. Not great not bad. But the atmosphere was destroyed by some manager or something who brought his wife and just lectured the workers from the customer side the whole time while they were busy making sandwiches. That kind of aggressive open atmosphere micro managing just made my experience awful. I went in for food. Not to hear some poorly dressed man and his SO talk over everyone and make the workers feel stupid.
Subway needs to work on its management. They need to understand that leading does not mean trying to look “cool” in front of customers. It means looking for ways to improve and setting up a team meeting to help.

Store says they open at 8am. Came to pick up a customers order and lights on with food out but no employees. Completely ridiculous. They need to shut this one down. At least the one on the other end of town is better, cleaner, polite, and open.

I ordered through the app, showed up 35 minutes later, they obviously had not started making my sandwiches yet. They kept making sandwiches for other customers that were standing in line, I asked about my order, and they informed me that they had not started my order yet. I told them i would like to cancel my order, and thry told me that I had no opportunities for a refund because my order was through a “third party” (the Subway app).
