Original trip- the Chicken Bacon Ranch. The wrong chicken was used and was grisly. Also ordered soup, they only filled the cup a third of the way up.
Updated trip- Went to pardeeville subway today. Chicken Bacon wrap was good. But the sign said potato and bacon soup and it was chicken noodle.

Lady that took my order over the phone was nice. My husband went to pick it up and they gave him the wrong order and told him it was paid for. I sent him back with it and called back in to let them know. The lady I spoke with on that second call was very rude to me. First saying they were already remaking the order for the other person that they gave my husband, then saying they hadn’t gotten another order to which I told her I called it in and she said it’s on the back counter. She came across as very put out and upset when the mistake was theirs by giving my husband the wrong order and then when he told them he had to pay, which should have tipped them off, telling him it was already paid and telling him again to take it. Their issue, their mistake, not his. There was zero reason to be rude to me about it. I wasn’t being rude at all so there was zero reason to sound all nasty and upset. Customer service skills need a little refresher.

I was there today around noon. You were very busy. The two girls ahead of me had an order of about 8 sandwiches. They were all different and included a pizza, a wrap, and many sandwiches were toasted. You made them efficiently, the young man helped and tended to the cash register and checked them out as quickly as possible. When they were done, you moved onto me and were courteous, quick, and accurate with my order, and there were still about 8 people in line behind me. Thank you for a very nice experience.

Pulled up and two of the workers climbed out of a car and went in the service door. Walked in to three guys, guessing high school age, just glaring at me. No ‘hi’, no ‘what can I make for you’. Awkwardly ordered my sandwich to more dead silence. Seriously the creepiest experience I’ve ever had getting food.

I am at subway now in Pardeevill wisconsin. We are in extreme heat advisory and very hot outside. Came here to have a sandwich. Too hot to cook. Pardeeville Subway does not have ac. It is 88 degrees in here. The employees are sweating and I don’t think it is wise for them to have to work in these condotions!! Shame on you whoever owns this place .
