My meal was inedible after the customer service I experienced. I ordered a Protein Pocket Italian Trio and was told I couldn’t customize it, which has never been an issue at any other Subway I’ve visited. The employee making my food was rude and unprofessional. I took one bite in my car and ended up giving it away because it was that bad. I don’t recommend this Subway in Wisconsin Dells.

Service today was by far the best service we have had in a long time from anywhere! These 2 went above and beyond to make sure we knew our options and understood them as we tried something new today. We sat in and ate because we needed to pick some things up at Walmart afterwards and their happy, friendly service continued throughout the steady stream of people they served!
You never know how you may impact someone’s life, but I guarantee these two have made several people smile today! Nice job guys! (Lake Delton Subway inside Walmart)

I came in about 5 minutes ago and the only thing I asked for was a churro. The guy working hands it to me and I realize he didn’t put cinnamon sugar on it so I ask him to and he put salt?? Like I’m so confused all I wanted was a churro

None of the knifes of cutting tools were cleaned off. Also overcharged me by labeling my sandwich the wrong sandwich.

the indian lady working told us they had no pizza but she had just made one for the people ahead of us and when she grabbed it from the fridge i clearly saw she had more…. she was just too lazy to make it for us. the meatball sandwich was cold and not even cooked all the way. the dine in was very dirty as well

I forgot to change my location and the owner and manager decided to keep my money. I can see how they make there profits. And I hope they liked the food I ordered. So when you get home make sure you change your location.

Good food, great service! The gentleman serving us tonight, Robertson, was very friendly and made good conversation. Our subs were nicely presented and very yummy. Will definitely be returning, as long as Robertson is behind the counter. Would have given 5 stars, but the other employees are not so great.

No masks. Very disappointed. I loved subway sandwiches until a couple of weeks ago when I went to a different location with an employee with no mask., even though it says on the door, you must wear a mask. Went into Walmart to get something and decided to go into subway to get some sandwiches. Still an employee didn’t have a mask. Sandwiches were not good. Bread was old. Cookies were gross. Very disappointed. Will not be back. I lost all respect for subway.
