We just left this subway and the two people working were phenomenal customer service/sandwich artists. We didn’t get their names but today is 8/24/25 and we were there at 6pm. Both workers were patient, kind and went out of their way to talk to our 3 children as well as us. My husband and I have worked in customer service for years and really appreciate people like this since it’s rare to find all the time these days. So thank you!

Bailey is saving that store. Give this man a raise! We almost stopped going there because the other employes get our orders wrong every. single. time. Bailey is super nice and helpful. His whole personality lights up the place. He makes delicious sandwiches, everything is well stocked and our kids look forward to him every time we go there.

I usually love subway but we got food for 4 people. All of them were to be heated up but they only heated up the pizza so I got an ice cold breakfast sandwich. Spent a good few minutes trying to get card to work before another employee informed me the pad wasn’t working to which the one helping us said “oh yeah”. There were also flies in the lobby while we let my kid eat.

Our server, Bailey, was exemplary. He went out of his way to be helpful and kind.
He made us sandwiches for an impromptu picnic and they were very good. The veggies seemed quite fresh.

Waited 5 minutes while an employee was making his sandwich. I was not greeted or even acknowledged. Then, a employee named Casey, walks in from outside, does not was his hands and asks what I want. He didn’t seem friendly or cared much about his job. He also seemed to be a little short with me when I asked if he could warm one of my subs, responding, “we only toast or not toast out sandwiches” (I worked at a subway for 2 years, this is simply not true). The speed of service was outrageous. 15 minutes to make 2 and a half sandwiches? I have always had problems with this Subway as well as the Lynn Street Subway. I will be taking my business to the Lake Delton location from now on as well as everyone else should too.

brand new construction! It’s gorgeous! Super clean, super bright. Contemporary and get this… there’s USB ports and charging areas for customers while they dine in! Staff is fantastic, helpful, polite and personable. The homemade pickles are delish. I think they might offer outdoor seating soon as well. Such a beautiful upgrade from the old location.

We bought 2 subs tonight at baraboo subway at walmart. My sub steak & cheese bun was so tough & the contents had no flavor. I ended up with a bad taste in my mouth. My granddaughters sub was pretty much the same. Tough & no taste. We both ended up throwing them away. Will not go there again

Second time I have come to this location and the employees ask the female customers if they are dining in or taking out and just bagging male customers food to go. Maybe the employees should have a set routine where they ask every customer. Also they should pay more attention to their customers instead of having personal conversations amongst themselves.

Don’t make peanutbutter cookies or the raspberry cookies either because it is to difficult and taints the other cookies was her excuse. Refused to order or make those cookies even when I requested them. Argumentative when talking about food. Acts like a know it all.
