They have a laundry mat in back of the subway they don’t post their hours yet have it on a lock timer. I got locked out and couldn’t get my laundry at 10:40 pm… I called the local police but no help; they said it was the subway owners that owned this place. No business listing on google nor a phone number to call. At least put your business hours up and if auto lock do so on top of an hour not odd time around 10:40pm with no way get in to get clothes. No business listing for the place either yet has quarter machines many washers and dryers.

Me and my spouse went in to get two sandwiches, my sandwich turned out great however my spouse had her sandwich ruined by the lady not adding enough sauce (one stripe) and not asking to add anymore. I understand if she was a little rushed but that is still no excuse.

Okay, my family and I are regulars. We NEVER have a issue UNLESS we come at night! First, the blonde young girl who was there tonight, was playing with her hair, than helped customers without washing her hands. We came there 2 days ago, my daughters meat and mine were cold. Called, the person was rude and hung up. We came there tonight because it was late. My boyfriend got 2 of the new steak sliders, there was literally a little piece of meat on both of them and they toasted the sliders with the sauce and the sauce TASTED like CARDBOARD!!! I love this store but I’m HIGHLY disappointed in the night crew.

Certain employee there is always so rude and makes the subs terribly where they are literally falling apart all over when we open them! Happens EVERYTIME she works. Also tried calling multiple times one day and no one answered so we just showed up and guess who was working the same girl!
